Dunkin' — Restaurant in Washington Township

The menu has a picture of the cocoa mocha latte as a hot drink. Why do I keep getting that drink iced?

I've been back a couple times. it's not the employees or the facility that I changed this review to a one star. Dunkin brands please consider changing the process by which the employees interpret the order or take the order. Every coffee drink can be hot or iced, not most customers know that except the common ones that it's part of their routine to go to dunkin. for some reason every time I order the drink that is advertised in photos as being a hot drink, I keep receiving it as iced. Today I explicitly said a hot latte, it is so habitual for the employees to make so many drinks iced that it appears my drink was made cold and then they realize they made a mistake so they put it in a styrofoam cup to make it look hot because they were busy and made it to move the line along. Five days in a row this has happened, there was no line btw.... Is making the lattes hot really annoying...

I placed a mobile order and came to pick it up. When I got there, I was handed only part of my kids order (two egg wraps) and was not handed the two donuts and my drink. I asked politely for my drink and two donuts that I paid for. Then the employee with dark hair and glasses first off had the worst attitude I have ever seen (I also have worked in food service in the past and currently work with the public as well!) AND she accused me of not ordering the additional items they literally forgot. I was asked to provide my mobile order receipt, which I obviously did. The employee with the red hair was kind and apologized. But I would highly suggest coaching the original employee mentioned above. As a paying customer who placed a mobile order on the dunkin app, I should not have been accused of not paying AND given any sort of attitude. Its disrespectful and...

Unlike every other Dunkin Donuts I've ever been to, this one will refuse to ring up a vegan beyond sausage sandwich (no egg no cheese) as a "English Muffin, add beyond sausage" which costs $2.19 and instead will ring it up as a regular "beyond sausage sandwich, minus egg and cheese" which costs $4.19, twice the amount of what it should be. Even when you tell them how to ring it up, they refuse to. Even after explaining literally every other Dunkin let's you do this.
