Dunkin' — Restaurant in Washington Township

I went to Dunkin’ at this location this morning. When I got my drink it was incorrect. The teenager at the window was very gracious and had it remade. It was remade incorrectly a second time, so I asked again for it to be remade. At this point, the manager was at the window and told me the drink was made correctly. It was not. He asked me to pull forward to wait for it. At this point, I was handed my breakfast sandwich, which was also incorrect. I handed it back to the teen at the window, and they quickly got it fixed. Once I pulled forward I discovered the sandwich had been made with”beyond sausage” which was not what I ordered. My order at this point had been made incorrectly 4 times, and I asked the manager who came to my car to make it correctly. He refused and began yelling at me that I didn’t know what turkey sausage was and he would not fix it. He demanded I come into the store so he could show me what turkey sausage looked like. He continued yelling at me (I was yelling back at this point) about turkey sausage, while I continued to question (loudly) why he would not rectify the mistake but instead yell at and argue with a customer. I then asked for a refund and his district managers name. He refused to provide me with a name or contact information. He did give me a refund but was completely unreasonable, rude, and apparently unaware that his job is not to yell at customers. Needless to say, I will not be returning to this location. I don’t think it’s the managers job to make customers cry and refuse to even acknowledge when mistakes are made, but if it is this guy...

I started going to this location because the usual one I go to on my way to work. The coffee never tasted right. I went to this one. Coffee is good. Donuts are fresh however, the older guy working the window Is awful he’s beyond rude. I initially chalked it up to him having a bad day but after today, I’m convinced he’s just a jerk when you approach the window no hello, good morning not even how much i owe. Today I place my order with a lovely girl in the drive-through I pull up to the window to pay. He barely opens the window to scan my phone and take my card. My box of donuts that I bought for my coworkers comes up. He tries to squeeze it through the little gap. He opened it, just enough to turn my donuts to the side and push them through the hole he takes my card, hand it back not a word it said, he then handed me my coffee to which I checked because the other day he gave me the wrong order I hand it back. I say it’s wrong. The girl that took my order knew it was wrong. She was waiting for my drink. He tried me to hand me the same wrong drink i hand the drink back twice I kept telling him no it’s wrong. Finally, the girl me hands me my correct drink. He’s just unpleasant I go to dunkin everyday, spend a lot of money at dunkin and I most definitely wont be a regular at this location.

The other workers are great but the never handle the drive through unfortunately, this man should be put out of range from the public until he...

Today this dunking donuts went above and beyond their normal happy morning duties for my friend and I thought I should say something about it! My girlfriend stops every morning to get her caramel and sugar with a tad of coffee..haha, and them at the turnersville DD know exactly what I mean...and most mornings its great and were off to work with out a hitch...thx to the DD team there. But this morning, her car started smoking as we were in the drive thru line, and the customers pulled together and beeped to let us know, so we quickly got out of line and preceded to go into the gas station next door to the DD. We wanted to wait for the car to cool off and get a game plan. As we were inspecting under the hood and car we were greeted by 1 of the amazing Dunking Donuts associates that walked my gf coffee out to her and said " we just didnt want you to not have your coffee too!" I thought that was just great customer service and I didnt know her name, but we were there approximately 9/915am and she has blonde hair. And always has my friends order ready to go..I hope she gets recognized for this effort today. Thank you turnersville...
