Dined 8/22/2022 ~10am. Men's restroom was generally tidy but needs either a deep cleaning or remodeling. There was an unpleasant odor and surface stains on the sink, urinal, toilet, walls, and dividers. Coffee pot provided to our table was broken (broken button, slow in pouring), and the coffee tasted burned/stale. I asked for a separate pot of decaf, which arrived quickly, but tasted weak, as if grounds were reused a second time or a half-empty pot was topped off with hot water. My wife tasted it and said, "Something is definitely off." Compared to previous visits, the food was quite slow in arriving to our table. Caramel Crunch Cinnamon Roll (a seasonal offering) did not arrive with the icing, only the caramel sauce. Also, I'm not sure what I was expecting, but it is literally a standard-issue cinnamon roll with some cereal poured on top of it. I can only imagine what Gordon Ramsay would say... Floridian French Toast arrived with neither the wheat germ nor the powdered sugar cinnamon as described on the menu, only French toast with fruit. When asked about it, the server replied, "I just found out that we're out of wheat germ." She brought us a small cup of the powdered sugar cinnamon mixture and I applied it myself. Server must have sensed that things weren't going well, because she brought us a free glass of "our new drink," which I believe was Pomegranate Pear Punch. The flavor wasn't bad (basically, lemonade with purple food coloring), but it was crazy insane sweet. Way too much sugar for my personal taste. Funniest part: when we walked up to the register to pay the bill, the cashier asked, "How was everything?" and I answered, "Not too good." She looked at me kind of funny, then said, "Great! Do you need your receipt today?" My wife laughed and whispered, "I don't think she was expecting that answer." This wasn't really a problem, but I was surprised how hard their in-store signage is pushing alcoholic drinks. Is everybody drinking alcohol for breakfast these days? Curious. Overall, we've had good experiences at this location in the past, but it seems quality control is slipping a bit, at least on this visit.

Although our waitress was curious and quick, The food came out all at different times, and my friends meal came last and it was wrong. She ordered French toast and bacon. Everyone finished their meals at different times and her correct order came 15 mins after were were all finished. She waited about 30 mins for hers and the waitress came to the table 4 times to tell her it would be right out. When it came it was only French toast no bacon. It took another 10 mins to get bacon. Upon checkout I tried conversing to the 2 young men at the cash register and they were rude and unfriendly. She recieved an apology from the waitress but no discount. Tried the restaurant again to be sure amd surprisingly it was a worse experience. The host and front desk associate were rude, passive aggressive, and condescending. Our names were put on apparently a list to get on a different list so when told we had a 20 minute it was a total of about 45 minutes.
Foods still great but not worth dealing with this staff.
Foods good but their service is weak at best. Got put in a 15 to 20 minute wait list only to wait 45 to 50 minutes for service. No text message that was promised to inform us when our table was ready and a dismissive host when asked about the situation. Only real saving grace here is the breakfast was on point taste wise so at least the cooks are doing something...
