Yeah......if you look at my previous reviews.....you will see ....that I am typically very very very very nice......let's just say ...yeah...that their food Is ALWAYS ALWAYS yummy.....but....and I know how this works.....I called at 9:30 to put in a carry out order.....I work in Healthcare.....and I did not get to eat all day....slammed with patients on a dreaded Monday....after getting home and mowing the grass.....I wanted some yummy chow from the rusty bucket.....since Stupid old COVID....all the restaurants seem to close EXTRA early.....uuuugh!!!....anyway.....I craved some yummy rusty bucket food....I could have called Morretis....I could have called red lobster....but no....I wanted chow from the rusty bucket....and when I called to put in my carry out order....and NO I AM NOT GOING TO PUT IN THE EFFORT TO PUT IN AN "Online order"....please kiss my beautiful foot for that!!! I want simple and FAST/efficient....I tried to call....and all it did was ring and ring and ring....how COMPLETELY PATHETIC.....PATHETIC.....I do not know whom owns this company.....but obviously he/she is so wealthy that he/she is not paying attention anymore....I will not try to order over the phone from this business again....no matter how yummy the food is.....when you blow off customers....you lose them!! Hahaha...Cafe DaVinci in Arlington has NEVER let down this hard working female!!..... well...Now I will update...I went in...in person....because I REFUSE to try to call in an order....a very very nice guy named Karl.....Karl with a k (the ONLY way to spell Karl in my opinion) helped me ....and Karl did a great job. My order came out exactly how I wanted..and of course...it was delicious. He even brought it out to my vehicle when it was ready. I only came back and gave this place another chance because my sweet son wanted to try their food...so I am thankful that Karl did such a nice job. In my opinion their food is always very delicious ....but I am STILL mad that they do not answer the phones....and I am NOT doing a STUPID time consuming "online order" 🙄🙄 In my opinion the owner needs to hire more staff to help...

We said 2 adults and 2 kids and asked for a highchair, he wasn't sure where he could seat us and asked another employee who asked if we wanted a booth. We have a 4 yo and a 1yo so I pointed out that we needed a highchair. That employee then had to go ask someone else where they could seat us. It was about 9pm and not very busy. They finally squeezed us in a small table less than 2-3 feet from the surrounding 3 tables. We ordered drinks and my spouse asked for cherries in his Pepsi and the waitress responded by saying they don't have cherries without offering grenadine as an alternative (there is a full bar). Once we asked for it she said they could add the grenadine. I ordered apple juice for my 4yo and she brought a whole cup for the 1yo too. Every time she brought something to the table, she put it in front of the baby like the baby is not going to try to throw it on the floor. I asked for bottled spring water so I could make a bottle for my baby and the waitress said she checked a "couple weeks ago and is pretty sure they didn't have any" but never officially checked for me. We had to ask her for silverware and she did not bring any extra napkins. My spouse ate the quesadilla but the $15 burger was nasty and they brought fries instead of the onion rings that he ordered. I specifically asked if the sliders had anything other than onions and the waitress said no. When she finally brought them out; they had cheese, pickles and onions. She corrected the order but by that time both kids were irritated so we ended up getting to go boxes. Another employee brought suckers to the kids but that was the only time I felt as if my family was treated properly. Very disappointed in the lack of service we received especially since it cost $56.48. Would not...
Read moreIt's ok...foods pretty good...average to slow drink service...hard for servers to get drinks when the bartender is nowhere to be found at a bar with 3 patrons on a Sunday...which leads me to my next point..CMR has taken control of Bridge Park with his so called "high end" establishments...the Avenue is really good!..good service, good food, great atmosphere!...Cap City is a waste of time!..over priced food, bad service..Five Guys is better and I don't have to tip anyone for better food...which brings me to the Pearl...i went there on SAT 9/5 with a friend and was sat on the patio...there was a 5 top across from us with no drinks and looks on their faces obviously wondering if they were ever getting served let alone greeted..also had a toddler in a high chair..long story short they got up and left while we had yet to even be greeted...15 minutes go by and we decide to get up and do what the 5 top did only we decided to stop at the bar and have a drink before going somewhere we would actually be served...bartender greeted us and we told her what had happened and she was more than accommodating..round on the house and a visit from a manager with graceful apologies and complimentary gift cards to please visit them again....thank you to these 2 very graceful employees!...although what needs to be said is that I am a former employee of CMR and will just offer up some advice...if this continues in Dublin trust me there is another restaurant group waiting in the wings ready to do what as a whole CMR is failing to do!...given their culture and philosophies they are no way living up to or practicing what they preach....so CMR you really need to step it up or take your average service and overpriced food and try your luck elsewhere!...from my vantage point your days...
