I have a very sad situation to report about this Palm Beach Dublin location. I have been a member of PBT for several years. I have four accounts for my daughters and my own account. We normally tan at the Grove City location which I have always loved and have never had a problem with ever!!! However, my daughter decided to tan at this Dublin location Friday, December 6. She took off her rings and placed them on the shelf in room 2. When she was done she forgot to put her rings back on. She realized on her drive home she forgot them and called back to this Dublin location. She was told by an employee, Elizabeth, who had went into the same room right after my daughter left to clean it and also decided to tan in the same bed, that she did not see any rings. She also kept telling my daughter she couldn’t understand what she was asking her or she couldn’t hear her. The other girl, Morgan, who was working also checked the room right after Elizabeth left the room and before any other customers tanned in that room and did not see the rings anywhere. There were five Pandora rings. They are valued at $100 each. It is not so much the monetary value as it is the sentimental value these rings have as one ring was given to her for her sixteenth birthday, one was from a grandmother who has passed away, one for graduation, one for her eighteenth birthday and one for I love you from me, her mother. In all of the years I’ve tanned in Grove City if I ever left items the girls would keep them for me or call me immediately and let me know. I realize we sign a waiver agreeing that PBT is not responsible for lost or stolen items but it is very disturbing to know that an employee, Elizabeth, went into that room right after my daughter left and didn’t have the morals to take the rings to the front desk and call my daughter. It was not Morgan. Morgan is a wonderful and sweet employee. It was the other employee, Elizabeth, working Friday, December 6. I am warning all of the Dublin customers to never leave anything in those rooms and I’m warning other employees who work with this young lady to keep your belongings locked up. As a manager I would not want to have this employee working for me! It makes me sick that this employee doesn’t have remorse for what...
Read moreYesterday, I went tanning. Was placed in the bed. I climb in the bed, started it, get my music situated, and then put my hand down into something gritty. Sit up and I look around and the bed is dirty!!! I see something that is in the bed that I don’t even have on my body! I was and am still furious about this situation. I trust the beds are cleaned properly that way people don’t risk the spread of certain skin infections. Not only the infections, but it is really gross. There was an excuse of the system not working and not knowing which beds are dirty and which ones are clean. That is the worst excuse I have ever heard. That is called, “the person who cleaned it was lazy”. I removed the little thing from the bed when I got in it. Some one put it in there after they cleaned it. Even if they have an issue with the system, make a tally and mark them off as you go! Your owner and others need to know that beds are being...
Read moreI just had the pleasure of meeting Addi at the tanning salon, and I have to say, she is an absolute delight! Her bubbly personality instantly brightened the atmosphere, making the experience so much more enjoyable. Her amazing attitude radiates positivity, and her enthusiasm when talking about some of her experiences with the products was honestly educational and inspiring.
It’s rare to meet someone who can turn a simple visit into such a joyful encounter, especially since so many people come in each day, but she most certainly excelled in that regard! I left feeling lighter and happier just from our brief chat so if you ever get the chance to meet her, consider yourself lucky; she truly made my heart...
