I placed my order on My Panera App., for the Perimeter Loop Rd location, as I work maybe 7 minutes from this store location. I went in the store to pickup my order that was completed 3 minutes after the time I was given on the App., no big deal though. I ordered the Steel Cut Oatmeal and a Hazelnut coffee with a shot of espresso. I was given my regular size cup for my coffee, go over to get my coffe, fill it half way and the coffee canister needs changed out, I let the employee know that it ran out and that I had a shot of espresso. The young woman asked if I was a patron?? I showed her my bag with the receipt and my name on it, her co-worker walks by her and the young woman tells her about my shot of espresso, walks away, I guess to get another Hazelnut coffee canister to change out. At this point I am confused with getting my shot of espresso and being able to finish filling up my coffee cup. I guess the other young woman put the shot of espresso in my cup as she handed it back to me. I put more coffee in my cup and leave. I get to work, take my Oatmeal out, it's not hot, more warm-coldish. The strawberries were not ripe at all, the were more white-yellow color, not sweet. The Oatmeal even with strawberries and a pinch of brown sugar that may have been added, was very very bland. Not good at all. Unfortunately, I may not visit this Panera again. Service was meh and my...
Read moreWe used to go to Panera at this location quite often. The service and environment at this place have deteriorated recently. I took my daughter to this restaurant for lunch today (11/7/21) at about 1:30 pm. We were going to order some sweets but then I noticed there were over a couple dozen small whiteflies buzzing around the pastries. I have never seen such an unappetizing display at Panera before. So we decided not to order any pastries. My daughter ordered a bowl of chicken noodle soup for $6.79. The soup she was given was almost all broth with barely 4-5 small spoons of noodles, chicken, and veggies combined. I was not expecting a bowl of soup full of noodles, chicken and veggies but, thought that was really pathetic. My daughter is just 5 yrs old but, this soup would not make her even 1/3 full. So I decided to talk to the employee behind the counter. She referred me to a guy. I showed him the soup and said to him politely the soup was just too watery. This was what he told me: “Well, according to Panera corporate policy, each bowl of soup has 3 ladles. This looks like 3 ladles of soup to me. So there is nothing I can do for you!” I said “Can I speak to your manager?” He then gave me a dirty look and replied sternly “I AM THE MANAGER!” I was basically speechless. He was the rudest person I have ever encountered at a restaurant. We will NOT be going back to this...
Read moreService is always slow at this location. The employees aren’t usually very friendly, especially management. Not the cleanest. They don’t keep any silverware out and get annoyed when you ask for it. This last time they put all the food we ordered on one plate, nothing to eat it with, then got snippy when we asked for silverware and plates to split the three entrees between 3 people. If you ask them for something and you’re luckily enough to not get attitude back, they don’t even make eye contact and just put stuff up on the counter and walk away. There’s no instruction that things are made and picked up at different counters. But god forbid you ask them where it is. It just really shouldn’t be this chaotic and disorganized here. This is the only location we have real issues with. Nothing over the top, but definitely noticeable and enough to feel completely unwelcome. You know it’s bad when you hear other customers complaining or talking amongst themselves about their food and the service every time you’re here. We also only got 2 small pieces of bacon on the Bacon Double Take, which is literally supposed to have double the bacon, according to the description. Attached a photo of what we were supposed to get. Looks like a lot more than 2 cold...
