Jet's Pizza — Restaurant in Washington Township

What a difference a day makes! My daughter ordered a pizza there for the 1st time on the 12th (Thursday)....by the time we got up there the pizza was ready....she was in and out. I asked her how it tasted and she liked it. I review all new places we go to and I forgot to review this place on Thursday so we went back again on Friday the 13th. to get another pizza because I wanted to taste it and take photos of the product. There were no less than 10 people inside waiting on pizza....it was a mad house inside. No one had an attitude as far as I could tellbut the staff was extremely busy. One guy who had been waiting quite awhile had is order credited because they couldn't find his order paper so his food hadn't been made and his wait was going to been even longer! In any case, my daughter ordered online and our food was scheduled to be ready by 5:58 (I believe). I got back in the car by 6:03 after going inside hoping that it will be ready at 5:50. So the food was given to me close to the time stated. Now for the taste....it was a 4 slice (square?) deep dish type pepperoni pizza. The crust was buttery (or whatever they put on it) ➕️ the crust was crispy/crunchy ➕️ it was hot but not too greasy ➕️. Now the sauce (to me) was okay. I think it lacked flavor. Otherwise the food was delicious. Those employees worked hard that day......THEY NEED A RAISE! Their receipt/order machine was non-stop printing while I was there!!!...

Well, I don’t review much, but I believe this one is genuinely warranted. For a carryout order placed online, upon arrival and entry, we weren’t greeted for 5 minutes after entry. Re-entered to chime the door again. Waited for 20 minutes for the pizza and sides to be handed to us. Staff was not hospitable. Was told 2 more minutes on the cinnamon sticks, waited another 6 before getting them. Pickup time guaranteed was 6:16pm (12/16/24). Entered the store at 6:14pm and waited for 20 straight (6:34pm) before receiving anything. Order was placed at 5:56pm mind you (that’s 40 minutes for a pickup order on pizza, breadsticks, & 2 dessert items. Yikes.

Asked “can I get a ranch” after finally receiving food. No explanation on timing or delays or wait time. No apology. Countless other people coming and getting their food and going before receipt of ours. Was asked “oh how do you want to pay for the ranch?” — there are a few things I know in life and 1) is this, THIS experience is NOT how you run a business.

Oh and btw, this is my first ever order from Jets pizza. 😳 Someone needs to sit with the manager(s) and explain how to run a business, bc this ain’t it.

Also, called before coming to this venue to get something straightened out. Girl on the phone was rude and somewhat hostile. I’d stick with Donatos, Domino’s, or Cousin Vinny’s if you want...

I've delivered for a few food establishments in my life and after you Work at places you just don't want to eat the food. However there's not the case for Jets I continue eating my employee meal everyday I work. Everything is made with brand new fresh ingredients cut that day the freezer is only used for chicken wings/nuggets and the sweet items. The dough is made daily and we as a team keep the place extremely clean especially the food prep areas. Don't think twice just order yourself some and one of our awesome driver's (maybe myself) will bring you a killer pizza .

Ps . If you're accustomed to feeding your dog the crust off the pizza you might want to take a couple bites of ours first I believe it's the best part and that is typically...
