If I could give this particular store no stars, I would. My friend and I walked in at 8:30 pm to order. They close at 9. They had the registers inside shut down and closed already. The only operating register was the drive thru, and it was busy. The poor soul working up front was full of apologies. He was the only one. There was one woman cooking who did nothing but complain to another employee that the front counter had taken more orders. We initially ignored her complaints. But as we waited for our food to be rang in, the complaints only got worse. Another customer and her young son came in to the same issue. They ordered chicken tenders, and the complaining employee practically had a fit that the front counter was still taking orders, the time now was prob about 8:40. The other customer left. The complaints seemed to get worse and since we had still not been rung up, we asked for our money back to leave. The entire staff loooked baffled as to why we would ask. The one employee did not stop complaining the entire time we were there that she had to do her job. That is the fastest and easiest way to lose customers, is to complain they want to spend money...

As you can see its pretty run down looking. My kids and I went there for early lunch and they were supposed to open at 1030 am. When we got there, there was about 4 or 5 teenagers smoking out front and the doors were locked. At 1045 one of those teenagers unlocked the door and they all went in turning the lights on. I waited until 11 and when we got in there they were all writing down orders they wanted from mcdonalds next door. They sent a kid to get it and when he came back the loaded the counters with their food and started chowing down. I ordered our food sat and waited for 20 minutes, finally when our food came out the chicken wasn't cooked, it was still cold in the center, same for the hush puppies and Mac and cheese. I don't recommend this...

I ordered a Seasoned Shrimp Rice Bowl. It is advertised with corn, black beans, sauce, and other ingredients. I received an underwhelming pile of rice, cabbage, and shrimp.

Revised: I did complain to the store and they responded quickly. I increased my rating because the service was good. Although unempathetic, the responder did inform me that I ordered incorrectly to receive the product displayed as the shrimp bowl on the web-site. The web-site leads one to believe that the shrimp seasoning is the only variation of the bowl, however you only receive the ingredients in the picture if you order the southwest bowl. I sent a communication to corporate LJS that they make a change to the web-site to avoid misleading people as to the contents...
