I normally give good reviews acknowledging exceptional service and not bad reviews. But since my order was wrong once again and now when asked at the window if it was correct becUse it was customized and was told yes but NO it was NOT Correct ..
...It is very very dissapointing that every time I come to this McDonald's my order is wrong. Since this happens a lot...I specifically asked the employee if my order was correct with a customized burger....he said YES it was correct ...I pull up and checked my burger and it is once again WRONG...
Then I am told to pull forward and I am the ONLY person in the entire line...why? I shouldn't have to pull forward as I am waiting for a new correct burger that was wrong even after I specifically asked if it was correct and not a single other customer was in the line.
Maybe if the customer was able to wait at the original window and wait for their incorrect order to be corrected ...maybe management would be able to see all the mistakes that are being made.
When I asked why I had to pull forward for my burger to be corrected and NO ONE ELSE was in line except me...I was told that it doesnt matter if there is anyone else in line or not about the cars are being monitored.....Monitored for what ???? Mistakes ???? Like I said this very dissapointing once again....There was absolutely NO reason why I should have to pull forward when I am the ONLY person in line and it was 1030pm....so Upper Management has absolutely NO idea of mistakes because all customers with correct and incorrect orders are told by workers and shift managers to pull forward because they are monitored. Didn't receive receipt nor one of my sandwiches, store phone disconnected. I had called four times before returning back to the store to ask for my sandwich that I didn't receive. Drive thru crew member said that I needed my receipt for them to do anything, which I was literally just there 10 mins ago. First first window crew member recognized me and said to just give me my sandwich I didn't get but they continue to treat me like I was stupid. No manager came to the window to talk to me. A crew member came out with the wrong sandwich and argued that what I order was the wrong way and then went back inside then another lady with the right sandwich came out and then said I had to pay again for my food that wasn't given to me that I already paid for again. Worse service that I have ever received anywhere in my life. I will never be back to this location. I was disrespected over and over and made to feel like I did something wrong. Not once did the manager come to speak to me during this whole situation. Two employees basically tried to make me feel stupid and wrong instead of just doing the right thing. My husband had to drive all the way up to the store to help deal help me with this situation and be loud with them for them to do what they should've done in the first place.

Read morethis McDonalds had the Rudest managment ive EveR seen!! particularly the woman and a blue shirt I would say around 40 years old. at the James at Ohio I waited at the register to have my order taken for about 10 minutes and had to ask a lady if she would take my order so that it would at least begin cooking. when I did this the lady in the blue shirt which I assumed was management said I'll just do it. at that point she told me that they were very busy. I said that I understood but I was heading to a funeral and needed to get my food to at least begin cooking. she snarled at me and kept her attitude as I placed my very small simple order. as I said down and began eating my food I heard her yelling at another gentleman telling him three times very loudly "sir you're going to have to wait we are very busy" the guy looked very embarrassed as he looked around to all the people that wore looking at them the same way they were looking at me. my family owns a chain of restaurants, as she did not know this. when all along I thought I would fire this woman on the spot! because I thought how could you not help your customers just because you're busy and they want food?! in my professional opinion she should be terminated!!
