Tommy's Pizza — Restaurant in Washington Township

We ordered through door dash and when we received our order two of three pizzas were wrong and two were burnt along with the sub. I called the store because I have a food allergy and this item was on our cheese pizza on the first slice I picked up. There was a young girl who answered I told her we just got our order from door dash she interrupted me and said you need to call them there is nothing we can do. I explained to her they made my order wrong and with items I’m allergic too she said it doesn’t matter. I asked her name she said I will not tell you who I am I asked to speak with a manager or owner I was told they were too busy and they would tell me the same thing she is telling me. Then I was told I could sit on hold for 15-30 min if I wanted to talk to them. I called back after reaching out to door dash and they blocked my number. We use to have Tommy’s Pizza on Hamilton Road. Loved their pizza. They closed several years ago. My Wife and I was in Dublin area. Went to dine in. Got there and no dine in allowed. She said not enough manpower. My wife and grandson wanted spaghetti. She told several of the items wasn’t available on the menu. Spaghetti was one of them. My wife said go ahead get what I wanted. I ordered a pizza. My wife needed to use the bathroom. She said bathrooms wasn’t available. I was getting upset. Was going to cancel the order. My wife said she could go down the road then comeback. So I didn’t cancel. Went down the road to Wendy’s. Wife used restroom, got food for her and grandson. When I returned she was coming out of restroom !! 🤬 Driving down the road opened the Pizza to get a corner. There was hardly any toppings on it. Nothing like the pizza from Tommy’s on Hamilton. I love the pizza here. But this place is just terribly run.

Today, August 25th, 2023 they still have their dining room closed. Most restaurants have had their dining rooms open for over 3 years now, and masks have gone for 2+ years. It's time to reopen. Literally, every other restaurant has opened their lobby by now.

I grew up eating Tommy's and LOVED it. I live in the country now and it's like a 40+ minute drive to get here. I can't practically get takeout. I had it once in June of last year, and probably would have been back 5-6 times to have it since. If they had a dining room open.

I've been checking every few months to see if they've reopened it but gave up and went today. Made sure to bring water to eat it in my car.

Now, the bathroom is closed...... What? Last year it was open. There's stacked boxes and chairs walling it off. I drove from far away and I had to go. This is simply no way to treat customers who were loyal to you for many years. The pizza was great don't get me wrong, but after this incident I...
