Nice greenspace and public facilities adjacent to a pedestrian bridge. Plenty of lighting for safer evening strolls! There is a good amount of grass and some benches and such along the paved trail.
Walk over the bridge and browse the shops and restaurants on either side. The Bridge Park side is all newer buildings, and the other side has the cuter quaint shops and restaurants with a bit more character.
There's also a public covered eating area with a glassed-in fire pit and two indoor restrooms.
There's an area containing a very tiny ice rink that was not open as of mid-November.

It’s a pleasant place to relax and enjoy a picturesque view of the Dublin link bridge crossing the Scioto.
