Overall, this was a positive experience. The reason for the 3 star review was due how often equipment malfunctioned during the game. For the amount of money we paid, for 30 min of game play, we experienced a headset shut down, an arm sensor stop working, a leg sensor stop working, and ear phones stop working. We were told to call out for assistance if we needed help during the game, which they did, but only after it was yelled several times. Meanwhile, our game was still going, cutting into our 30 min of game play. We played Squid Games, which means you need to pay attention to the instructions for each game and communicate with the others on your team. We could barely hear each other. The game volume was too low and what we could hear was drown out by the folks playing a different game next door. I don’t want to make it sound like it was an awful experience, because it wasn’t. We still had a good time. I hope Sandbox uses this information to make improvements. I would definitely give it another shot!
