Tasty. Good flavour in the broth and not too fatty. Noodles had the right amount if chewiness. Pork was delicious. Not used to such big pieces of bamboo shoots, but it was really nice and satisfying having them in the bigger slices. The chilli sauce at the table was super tasty as well... it was a thick dark red colour and was not just spicy, but flavorful too. Be advised that if you put too much in your broth it will make it saltier. I put in about 3 scoops and it was gooood..... luckily, I also got the unsweetened iced green tea which had free refills, so I had something to balance it out. Pork belly on rice with the green onions was good too. It was more food than I needed, but I wanted to try it out. I personally like adding the dried red chilli on top. Last, but definitely not least, service staff were really nice. I came in alone and they helped me pick my order and also came by to check on me and chat a little. Because the kitchen area is wide open to the restaurant, you can see all the employees. It has a good, fresh vibe there and is welcoming and clean. The people I saw looked genuinely happy working there, and when you see happy staff, you know the food is also going to taste that much better. Thanks for the delicious food and great service!

I'd never had actual ramen before and this was a great place to start my journey. My sister had suggested my wife and I to try this place and I'm glad we did. I got the Red Dragon bowl. It is their spiciest ramen and they aren't kidding. I only got it with the second level of heat (they have 3 levels of spiciness) and I was feeling the heat. Everything in the bowl was great. I ate the egg first by itself because it was too fun looking not to! My wife and sister both got Tempura rolls and my sister got the pork belly and rice. The meal is brought out to your table once you place the order, so it's what I would consider a fast-casual joint. The wait wasn't long even considering that we were there during lunch time on a Saturday. They have home brewed lemonades but I stuck with a fountain drink this time around. I did try my sister's lemonade and I will surely try it again next time. Overall, I am extremely pleased with the experience. The price point is a bit high but the presentation and quality of the food is why they have their prices. The meal described above ran close to $45 altogether. But we were all full and satisfied by the end of the meal so it was money well spent. I would highly recommend this to anyone to give a try at least once!

I’m loving the new development in this area when you eat here its almost like being downtown or another city all together because of the large building that surround. That feeling lasts for about 2 minutes of driving and then you face the harsh reality of being in Dublin driving toward the death trap roundabout but give this area a couple years and I’m sure it will be another hip option to visit in Columbus. Sorry back to the food I love this Fukuryu Ramen it’s new so of course the staff is SUPER on point and the place is incredibly clean the ordering process starts when you walk in the door. Once again the staff is always helpful it’s not overbearing you can tell they just want you to enjoy the food you are ordering not just get you through the line. The lemonade green tea drink they have is ok but I would splurge for the classic Ramune sodas. Ordered the Tonkotsu Ramen Made from scratch noodles the broth is delicious and (perfect for the current cold weather) kinda skimpy on the meat slices and the lemon pepper wings my wife ordered the black version I believe it was good but I was happy with my choice. If you’re in the area and looking for something other than the typical sandwich pizza or burger...

When they first opened, I used to frequent this place at least once a week. It was the best ramen in Dublin, in my opinion, but still no match for Tensuke by price and quality. The junk ramen was one of my favorite dishes, albeit over saturated in sodium, which gives me a headache and feel like I'm going into a sodium overdose coma. Flavor is hit or miss, depending on the day. My biggest complaint is temperature - the broth is luke warm at best, and the egg and chashu pork are always cold, with the broth not even hot enough to warm it. I refuse to even come here for the restaurant deal now. I'd like to experience as much consistency in the quality of food as i do with their superior quick and friendly service, which is maybe too quick to properly heat the meal.

First time here, new to ramen restaurants. We were not impressed. I asked for a recommendation between two dishes, and neither girl at the register could give me any insight. Then I asked questions about the different beer/saki choices, and again, zero information from either person. Next, I ordered the chicken ramen with the panko crusted chicken which does NOT come in the bowl, but is brought out separately. This wouldn't have been a big deal except that it took an additional 15 minutes to bring the chicken out because they forgot about it. By that time we had nearly finished everything else. As expensive as their dishes are, we were very disappointed with the quality and service. Will have to try other ramen places around town to compare.
