If I could give a zero based on employee interaction and customer service I certainly would. We had the distinct displeasure of going to this store on March 19, 2025 at 7:30 pm. We had placed a mobile order at 7:11 pm. I went through the drive thru at approximately 7:30pm. Said we had a mobile order, they asked for the name, which I gave them and they said to pull forward. I get to the drive thru window. The young woman at the drive thru window asked what drinks we had. I said I had no clue as my wife had placed the order. She then said they did not know what the drink were. So I called my wife, she shut the window, and then then came back and said they had no mobile order for the name or initials I had given her. She then asked If I was at the correct location (of course anything to make it not their fault) I confirmed I was in fact at the correct location. She said they had nothing in mobile orders with that name or initials. The she said "I need you to pull forward while we figure this out" So I pull forward. and wait and wait ..finally at 7:40 I pull completely around and park and go into the store, go to the counter and the young lady from the drive through comes to the counter. Admittedly by this time I was really upset. I asked her if she was gong to make me sit there another ten or fifteen minutes before anyone actually came out and talked to me. This woman actually freaking said to me, and I quote. "i told you that you needed to figure it out not us, because we don't have you order". Ok this set me off, so I am asking her she ahs not mobile order that we paid for, she is insisting no they don't have it. Another woman came over and was doing her best to deescalate the situation and asked what the name was, I gave it to her and she says..."we have your order its right here. So the woman at thru drive thru not only was completely incompetent but also blatantly lied about what she said with regards to me pulling forward while "we figure this out". Guess what they still got my order incorrect. So This particular Wendy's completely ruined $45.00 worth of food. What do you want to bet Wendy's corporate does nothing to correct this. Read more11:30-ish pm on a Saturday night (4/8/2023), went through the drive thru to order. Warned the lady that it was a large order and proceeded to order a double meal deal, single, chili (she informed me that they didn't have any chili), large fries, 2 small frosties and 5 double stacks. She literally said "OH MY GOD" loudly when I said 5 double stacks. I apologized, she said nothing. At the window, it was VERY apparent that she upset, dead pan face and personality. I almost drove away as I could tell they hated the fact that I was there with such a large order, late at night. She told me to pull ahead. The food actually came out rather quickly and she was decent when she dropped it off at the car. But the order was wrong and gross. The double and single were to be tomato, lettuce, extra onion and cheese ONLY. They both had mayo on them. The double had a long hair in it. The double stacks were fine but the large fries were only 1/2 full. I had to go back to the window to ask them to please top them off. She said they were out of fries but she could "drop some" and they'd be ready in 10 minutes. She didn't offer to take money off for the 1/2 order so I just left.
It's awful to go out to get food in a great mood and then have the staff treat you as though you are a huge inconvenience. Even to go as far as to say OH MY GOD when you place your order. And you have to apologize, not the other way around. Then on top of it, the order is wrong. We...

I’ve had many bad experiences at this location but the one that made me write this review is at 8:30 on a Sunday there were no cars at the drive thru. Yet I sat there for 2 minutes and I didn’t even get a “one moment please” fed up I drove around the corner and staff was inside doing absolutely nothing. There was no one inside either.
If you’re in the area and have a craving for Wendy’s just go to the one on Sawmill. This location is actual trash and the one on sawmill is miles better. Maybe if they hired better staff it would be better.
Updated: Just went back to this location. Real person didn’t even take my order, they have a robot at the drive thru. I sat at the window for a couple minutes before they took my card or gave me a drink. Note I was the only person in the drive-thru or inside. Cherry on top they were playing explicit rap music loud enough to where I could clearly hear it in my car. I’m a guy in my early 20s so I don’t mind that much but I imagine families wouldn’t want to hear that stuff.
