To Whom It May Concern,
I am writing to express my disappointment with the lack of professionalism and respect I encountered at your establishment on Friday, November 29, 2024, around 8:15 PM. My experience was not only frustrating but also deeply concerning in terms of the customer service standards I witnessed.
I placed an order for vegan knots, which I noticed were being incorrectly prepared when the young light-skinned man with locs behind the counter added cheese to them. I immediately addressed the issue, saying, “Hold up, those are vegan.” His response was dismissive and unprofessional: “So what, you want me to throw them away?” I suggested either removing the cheese or discarding the item to correct the mistake.
His reply was shockingly rude: “I’m not doing shit, you’re doing too much.” He then proceeded to throw my food in the trash in a hostile manner. This behavior was completely unacceptable.
When I asked for his name, he dismissively replied, “I don’t know, you figure it out,” and escalated the situation further by making an inappropriate and personal comment, asking, “Where’s your man?”
Another staff member, a young woman with black twists and blonde pieces, then joined the conversation and was equally disrespectful. Her behavior only worsened the situation.
The only person who showed any professionalism was a young lady in a gray hoodie with a piercing on the top of her lip. She was respectful, apologetic, and attempted to address the issue, even though she was not responsible for the problem. She , also tried to diffuse the tension and come up with a solution.
Unfortunately, the behavior of the two other employees overshadowed these efforts. Their hostility and lack of accountability reflect poorly on your establishment and make it difficult for customers to feel valued or respected.
I am appalled by this experience and hope that you will take immediate action to address the behavior of these employees. Proper training in customer service and professionalism is essential to ensuring that no other customer has to endure such an unacceptable experience.

Read moreI went straight to the restaurant to be able to claim a reward for having 163 coins, but I couldn't do it online. The person who attended me ( I never knew if it was him or her, short hair, black) was the rudest, harshest, most unmannered, uneducated person I have ever seen in my entire life serving customers in a restaurant. He or she, has no idea how to solve problems, has no initiative, lacks customer service training, is violent and aggressive, and the most outrageous thing is when he or she dared to yell at me, started banging on the cash register, and raise his or her hands at me, when I never was impolite, rude, or had a bad attitude. I was just asking how he or she could help me get my reward. That person should be fired immediately. Apart from disastrously affecting the restaurant's image not just for me but in front the other customers who were onsite. The snowball effect that her or his attitude had, will be incredibly negative, not only because I already took it upon myself to publish it on social media, but because I am completely sure that the other people who were there will do or have already done the same, either on the internet or by word of mouth. Under no circumstances should that kind of behavior be tolerated, much less from a person who is in direct contact with the customer. I felt super disrespected, mistreated, outraged and furious and I hope that if this is not the first time that this has happened to that person, I hope she or he will be fired (which would be the best) or receives an exemplary punishment so that situations like this never happen again. Read moreFrom when we walk in last night there was male employee being rude to someone on the phone. I tuned him out then proceeded to look at the menu. When I was greeted by the two staff members making the pizzas by “is yall ordering pizzas or no”. We placed our orders of two specialty pizzas. We where not asked if we want to add anything on to the speciality pizzas. Which I didn’t want to bother the lady because she looks she was ready to explode at any minute. I felt like my presence was just annoying to her in general. When she proceeded to box our pizzas. My friend asked for buffalo sauce. She smacked her lips took a deep breath then proceeded to do it. Then while I walked up to look at the sauces. She asked me if I want buffalo sauce. I said no, I would like pesto sauce and Parmesan. She then goes to say “ I just asked you if want sauce……your starting to throw me off. I asked if she is okay because she was literally exploding at me….then I remembered she was the reason I stop coming last time. She is just so rude for no reason at all.
