I am a baptized and confirmed non practicing Catholic. I usually do not go to church as I find them to be hypocrites and two-faced; but Unity of Washington DC is different. Here you are welcomed with open arms, you are not preached to but with, it is interactive and you are not judged. You are free to worship the Creator in your own way. They do not pass baskets/plates for donations from the congregation during service but blesses whatever contributions would be received; there are boxes at the entrance to the church and you are free to donate money if you so wish.
