I got 4 carne asada tacos for $20 and it was so worth it! The tacos themselves were flavorful, fresh, well rounded... just freaking great. Highly recommend the sauces, too! The bowls were running low and the front of house coordinator quickly refilled them. I'm grateful! Excellent food and people. I decided after eating the first taco that I'm coming back there tomorrow, but I'll get 6 tacos! I got takeout and was only there briefly, but could tell service is great. I looked them up and the nice gentleman with great customer service and vibes was one of the owners of this husband-wife establishment. Apapacho is doing great and I'm definitely going to be a regular here. I'm glad I found this as I've been yearning for great carne asadas since moving from LA! Thank you and see you like...

You can taste that heart and soul in every bite of their authentic Mexican street tacos. The Tacos de Carnitas and Tacos de Baja Shrimp were packed with flavor, topped with unique, complementary ingredients, and finished with a perfect lime wedge. The staff was patient and helpful, making sure I got exactly what I wanted. They even let me sample the frozen margarita! I ended up going with the traditional margarita with a tajin rim, and it was perfect. And don’t forget the salsas to choose from—they add that extra kick! The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, and like the website says, it exudes positive energy! I chose to sit outside to enjoy the beautiful weather and people-watch, but I would’ve been just as happy inside. A wonderful...

Really great flavors. Tried the mushroom taco. You won’t be disappointed by the flavors. My only recommendation is that I’ve eaten here twice and the mushroom portion was very sparse both times with just a few pieces sprinkled on unlike the pics shown and I received one tortilla the second trip ordering on my taco. The corn quesadilla was also really tiny. For the money it should be a bit bigger. Especially that it’s vegetarian I feel they could be more consistent and make the filling more. They would have more repeat biz from the vegetarian crowd. Still, it’s a...

Great mushroom taco. I ordered the mushroom "el isra" taco. The mushrooms were crispy and plentiful. I most enjoyed the salsa cruda and the habanero ash. These aren't the best mushroom tacos I've had in the district, but so far, they are the best in the NoMa area. The menu was very simple, which is great. However, it would have been nice to have one other vegiterian or vegan entrée choice. For more options, I'd choose another restaurant. The cooking area looked very clean and was transparent for the customers to see. I really enjoyed this.
