Arby's — Restaurant in Washington

I absolutely love Arby's ever since they started going with more healthier food choices and a lot more beef on the sandwiches than they used to provide. I really hate it when I get a whole bunch of bread and no meat most people like high protein and a lot less carbs. And they definitely provide a lot of roast beef on their sandwiches. The chicken salad is the only one I'll ever eat anywhere. And I like that they have new and unique sandwiches that come out every once in awhile that are seasonal. French fries are delicious and they are real potatoes not fake potatoes with a bunch chemicals on them... Milkshakes are usually really thick and really cold... And I love the fact that they have a couple different kinds of french fries because the curly fries are the bomb. And their jalapeno poppers are excellent. So all around good athmosphere And clean on the inside and staff are always very nice whether it's drive-thru or at the counter. And I can always count on their food being the same no matter which Arby's...

I havent been to Arbys in over 8 years. I went to this Arbys and now Im hooked.. First of all the service was above and beyond great.. I asked to make a few changes to a sandwich and add different stuff to it and they were glad to do it, even gave me other suggestions to see if i would like it better. The store was very clean.. The bathroom was clean.. The condiment bar was clean and had freash veggies in it.. They even came to my seat with a fresh chocolate chip salted carmel cookie and gave it to me as a sample, O.M.G!!! That was the best damn salted caramel chocolate cookie ever!!. Nefore i left the store I bought 2 of them..lol. I have been to another Arbys since this one and Im just glad I came here first.. Waited in drive thru from time of order to window for 8 minutes at 8:30pm with only one car in front of me. Server was less than willing to be courteous. He greeted me by saying the amount then asking if I want any sauces, "$8.54 do you want any sauces?". I replied no thank-you and handed him my money. He barely reached out to hand me my change which he dropped on the ground and said sorry then closed the window. I waited another minute (and retrieved my change from the ground) for my food when I was again asked if I wanted any sauces. I said no and was handed my food and the window closed. My food was room temperature. I am deeply disturbed by the lack of customer service and will not be returning to your store. There are 40 + other restaurants in town, you should probably...
