Auntie Anne's — Restaurant in Washington

First we came and order Cinnamon pretzel bits they said they dont have any its going to take. 5-7 mins went to Guess then came back they still dint have any, The kid just put one in the glass box and we said how about that He said since we didn't pay he didn't make us 1. So we have to wait 5 to 7 minutes again. So we said never mind forget it we were there early year and we wanted to order some but now you want us to wait for 5 to 7 minutes again so we left. Then we went to another key os on the other side the same thing they told us the same thing we have to wait 5 to 7 minutes they don't have anything ready if this is happening you guys are losing business it's the weekend they're busy they should suppose to make at least 3 batch....

The workers need more training and supervision. All three were in high school or college at the oldest. Elliot, working at 3pm 8/5/24, seemed more interested in talking than working. Three people were waiting for pepperoni bites but instead of making them, they made regular ones because that was the "order" in which they make them...no one ordered regular and no did during the 20mins I waited. I was told the wait was going to only be 5 mins but they estimated wrong. The whole crew needs to be retained as everything was slow and quality was awful. Hope the cameras were working an capturing the poor work ethic. Elliot and the other two girls seemed more interested in gossip...

Aight so basically its usually fine but the stores always so cramped so i recommend they expand or something and also the normal pretzels are always disgusting and i had like 4 bags in my hand and this employee just kept handing me the 2 pretzels i ordered but i clearly needed a bag or else i would drop the damn pretzel . He didnt give me a damn bag until i side eyed him and ima be honest i think he was new. Also they have 2 registers but only ones ever open. I also think instead of 3 people they should have 5 because its annoying that they never have the pretzels or only one of each like damn.
