The food is decent for the price and convince near the court house. The all Spanish staff isn’t that friendly even though I tip and have been coming there almost everyday during the week with four or more orders for 8 months. You’d think when you ask for a little cup of hot peppers during breakfast the manager will honor that but no. To my surprise after spending thousands of dollars there literally, the staff acts as if they’re not happy and can’t sell a lunch condiment 20 minutes prior to lunch is ridiculous and I’m upset. This place need happy workers who understand people and their regular customer base. Very sad. Here I am a few days later and now that the owner said something to the staff there worst. I can’t believe it now they want to charge me for a plastic bag witch is the law but out of 300+ visits when I get 3 sandwiches they always give a bag. Now they want to be petty because of my complaint. It’s sad to have ignorant people as a face of your business....

Good sandwich, terrible customer service.

I ordered a turkey sandwich ($8.99) and paid for it ($9.89).

After eating, the friend I was with went to buy a bottle of water, at which point the woman working the cash register told me that “I hadn’t paid for my sandwich” because she had only charged me for a veggie sandwich ($6.99). I told her this wasn’t the case and that I had paid $9.89, visible in my bank account transactions.

After I told her this, she said that I had not paid for cheese ($1.00 charge). I did not pay for cheese because I didn’t get cheese on my sandwich. She insisted that I was lying.

She was belligerent despite being completely wrong, and was unable to produce any proof (like a receipt) showing that I had underpaid.

I have been two this deli 3 times and each time has been a bad experience with the staff and today was the experience that has now caused me to not patronize this location. As you see in the picture when you ask for cheese on your sandwich to be prepared on the hot grill. They place your cheese on random plastic and metal as a holding area for your cheese. So once I saw this instructed the cook to get me fresh cheese from the container and he and the manager had a issue as if I was suppose to accept the dirty cheese. The staff is rude the managers rude she also one time refused to fix a sandwich that was made with the improper bread and sssid to me that I was stuck with the bread. However that got resolved quickly. I really would like to speak to the owner of this...
