Update (week later): Well its Saturday night, I am thinking about ordering pizza, but they close at 1AM its 12:00AM.... hmmm nah I don't want to be an inconvenience :( . Original message: I just tried to place an order for delivery near closing time a little more than 1 hour before closing time, they told me they could do it, but kept asking me if I am sure I want to have them deliver with a really lazy "I don't want to attitude" So I kept asking them very kindly and politely if it was ok for me to place an order for delivery, but they just kept say "yah... but we are going to close soon" another words they are actually saying you absolutely cannot order for delivery, and I am being rude for considering it. Recommendation on how they should have handled it was: 1. Don't stay open if your not open, or willing to provide open services. 2. If you don't want to deliver provide good service by acknowledging the customer should want to order since they are open, but say that unfortunately delivery is not available at this time, not rudely make the customer feel inconvenience for wanting to order food from an open business. 3. Train staff on customer service. 4. Understand that the customer is right (even when they are wrong). 5. Hire somebody with good customer service skills instead. 6. Treat the customer the way that you would want to be treated. 7. Record your delivery calls for quality assurance. Of course I did not order any pizza because I didn't want to inconvenience the employees. I was denied service fully and completely. I ordered really politely I did not deserve this at all. RUDE RUDE RUDE! That was really mean :( I wont bother them again, I wont order anymore. Sorry for being a totally normally polite and kind customer wanting to...
Read moreWe went to dine in the cashier told our order I repeated it twice I knew he was not listening. So when we recd our pizza od course it was wrong. I asked for hamburger and black olive. We recd folded up ham slices r u kidding me. I took it back up to the counter and explained and looked at my receipt sure enough he wrote HAM. I returned it the other lady said we can't do anything with this and wanted me to keep it. I did not they were starting someone else's pizza and put my topping on it. Our whole deal took over an hour I had my grandchildren with me at the table they were hungry. Finally here is the pizza it was ok but we were all cranky and tired. I went up to get the pizza when they called my name and the guy who messed up the order kind of chuckled and said I guess I made mistake. No one not a manager no one said sorry or I guess we messed up other than the kid who took the order. Isn't that what a manager is supposed to handle. I have told everyone and we will not be back. ...
Read moreA couple weeks ago, I ordered a spinach Alfredo pizza, add chicken, with their Parmesan bites and cheese sauce. It was all delicious, but they charged me for the chicken, yet didn't add it to the pizza. I called and they sent me a coupon for another med pizza with extra toppings, bread of choice, and soda. Awesome. Fast forward to today, I order another med spinach Alfredo pizza with chicken, spinach only on half. They did remember chicken this time, but only 5 small pieces, covering only 4 of the pieces. So the other 4 pcs had no chicken, and the 4 pcs that had chicken, you could barely tell. Plus, I ate 3 pcs of pineapple, so the fixer definitely wasn't watching what they added. I used to love this Domino's, but when the "fixed" order is that off, I think other Washington pizza restaurants will now get my orders. Very...
