I hate that I can’t give this store a 0 because they don’t even deserve 1 star. I will be escalating my complaint as far as I can take it. My father ordered his carry out over the phone. Once he got there he told them that the pizza and chicken they had ready for him was wrong. He wanted either a refund or for them to fix the pizza. I’m guessing they were close to closing hours or something because they said it was his fault. The supposed “”manager ”Kaitlin”” (even though they don’t wear name tags) said it was his fault since the computer says that it was his order even though he had called it in and reminded them that THEY are the ones who put in the orders. He asked for her district managers number and not only did she refuse to give it to him, but she also said that she is the highest position and he must only talk to HER. He insisted that she was incorrect and then she not only told him that he must leave but as my dad was leaving she then went and LAUGHED AT HIM while he was doing so with a fellow employee. It makes me livid that she treated him the way she did. He is a disabled vet and it is hard for him to leave the house in the first place!! I will doing what I can to get corporate involved. Read moreI ordered a spinach and feta specialty pizza and called the store to check if it was supposed to be made with marinara sauce instead of Alfredo, since we chose New York Style (which was new to us). They admitted it was a mistake and offered to remake the pizza if I brought it back. I declined since my kids were already eating it. They wouldn’t offer any other compensation until I insisted. Eventually, they offered credit for a medium pizza on my next order. Since I had ordered a large, I asked for credit for a large pizza, but they refused, saying it was because I didn’t bring the pizza back. This is absurd. If they admit to a mistake, why can’t they provide better customer service? The employee refused to give me their name or the manager’s name, which is even more frustrating. When I asked how to contact someone if I’m dissatisfied with the service, they told me to speak to them in person or leave a review. I’m extremely disappointed. Read moreEvery order I have placed where a pizza was supposed to have light robust tomato sauce, it has never been light. I tried to call ahead today before the order was sent out to us but I was too late. The amount of sauce was too much again. I called the store back and the girl who answered the phone was rude. She was not considerate and did not even attempt to pretend to be sympathetic or apologetic. I didn't want my husband and daughter to go hungry so I signed the credit card receipt for the whole order and the driver took back the incorrectly made pizza. I have not been contacted. This is horrendous service and expected at least half decent service from you guys. I called back again about an hour now after the original order was placed to get an update on the food that I had already paid for and asked for the manager.
