Dunkin' — Restaurant in Washington

How hard is it to get an order of a coffee with cream and sugar, a toasted plain bagel (since they don't have any other kinds) and strawberry cream cheese right? Apparently too hard for the people working here. Why offer sugar at all when on the counter are all the sweetener options anyone could want, except they don't have any stirrers. They gave me the coffee, said they had to toast the bagel. They didn't even bother to wrap the bagel in wax or tissue paper like most places do, they just put the bagel in a bag and gave me the wrong cream cheese. This is simple stuff. Imagine how bad they would be if they had the whole menu...

Horrible service. I stood there for at least 8 minutes while the worker behind the counter had a conversation with a guy in a safety vest. There was no one else in line, and I was standing at the counter while they have a conversation about whatever. After they finished talking, the safety vest that he had to pay, and again they stared talking and joking, so I left. No matter how long my wait is in this terminal, I will never visit this Dunkin Donuts again. I don't like feeling unappreciated, when I am using my hard...

Nasty attitude clerk, just plan nasty, clerk making coffee. I asked for a cup. Very nasty, she told me "$1.09. The cup not free." I went to get money for the clerk. Bought it back, your clerk told me, "I'm not just giving you a cup. Wait in line." The money wasn't the problem. It was her attitude. I sat down and got a picture of your clerk. Your clerk comes from around the counter, her workstation, & walks up to me, and threatens me about calling airport security. She should have never stepped from around her...
