Dunkin' — Restaurant in Washington

Terrible service as Gate 45 branch. If I could give zero stars I would. 4 people serving and not a single one of them understand a word of English. Stuffed the order up completely and had to even get receipt out to show they had not given me my order. Then when I finally got what was missing I opened up the oatmeal container to see all they did was add some hot water and some milk and handed over as if it is ready. When I questioned them about it not being cooked they looked blankly at me saying that is how it’s done. Eventually we got out of them they don’t even have a microwave to cook it. Very disappointed. The menu says $1.75 for a bagel. Cashier asked what kind of cheese I want. I said garden veggie. She said she doesn’t have it and asked if I want plain cream cheese and I said ok. Then she charged me $3.36. I was really surprised. Doesn’t bagel come with cheese? How many people really eat bagel with no cheese? I felt I was cheated. Why can’t Dunkin Donut put the real price which includes bagel and cream cheese. And also put the price of bagel without cheese. So people know what they are buying at what price. Just tried to get a black tea latte. They don't know what that is. I explained to the cashier that I wanted steamed milk wth a tea bag. I was given hot water wth a tea bag and some milk. I said I wanted got milk wth tea bag. The "lady" said I hadn't paid for milk. Yells at me to say I have to go back in line and pay for milk. I paid what the cashier asked me for! This at the airport, where there is little time and little choice. No other places in that terminal (gates 23-32) to get a hot beverage. Hope this Dunkin shuts down we get a Starbucks in...
