Vino Volo — Restaurant in Virginia

“This was my first time at Vino Volo, and our server Shoy made it extra special. He took his time explaining certain wines that we had questions about, and was also able to give some great recommendations which resulted in us purchasing some bottles of wine to take with us on our flight (which we used as gifts for my family we are about to visit). His attention to detail and focus on our needs were impeccable. We will definitely be coming back to this location, as it offered us the quiet and relaxed environment that we crave for the airport (plus $20 off each bottle of wine is an added bonus)....

Food is always consistent, you know what you are going to get. But this time I was utterly shocked when the check came. They changed prices of on the check from what the menu stated and when asked about it they said menu had just changed. This menu had not just changed as it was the old winter menu. Server was hesitant to redo the checks until we said it was against DC law to hide up charges without notice. BEWARE at the DCA airport...

Let me just say ! After having horrible flight and losing my bag ! Stopping by here brighten my day ‘ I got a glass of wine and a well put together cheese tray , I got the best service from I believe Brandan ‘ he had all the energy I needed to turn my horrible day into a good one ! If he isn’t already a manager he should be he truly set the tone for what customer service should be ! I never give 5s but...
