I've been coming for a long time. I and 3 others were waiting at the door but the staff was late to open. I'm always friendly w/ the manager, so when she opened the door I said, "Good mornin! How are ya?" She said, "Not ready yet..." I felt like they took attitude. But they were the ones opening late! I know the manager is one short in staff and maybe that's it then. I came to the counter but they were still prepping. I waited about 2-3 minutes. Then I decided maybe another time & I walked out. I sat in front in my car for a while, still thought about coming in, watched the other 3 customers get waited on. And then I left. You don't understand. I come in every morning at the same time! We've all laughed together. They know my order by heart. I just say "the usual" or I switch it up a little bit. Not saying I won't go back, I'll try my luck tomorrow. But I'm in the customer service biz too. I have to be professional and decent to the average public, and then I have to do what I have to do with the rest. They need to watch that, it's on them if they're late opening. A word or two about that is better than what I got. I'm just sayin'. I still like them and the place - that's not the issue. I watch out for them when I'm on patrol, even! I doubt they even know that. But suppose I were new to them? Might I come back? Maybe not! ijs. They're good people, just don't get attitude when all we want is to come in, get an order and be somewhere for a moment to relax, havee our coffees and enjoy the...
Read moreSecond morning I came in and the manager refused to sell donuts by the dozen. But would sell two half dozen which comes to $24 vs one dozen for the $15.99+tax. Reason is they are running low on donuts. It was 9:00am. I came in on the previous Friday at 8:30am and she refused to sell donuts by the dozen but would let you buy two half dozen. What’s the difference? You’re still selling 12 donuts except it costs more to buy two half dozen boxes. Why isn’t it first come first served. Today the employee boxed my 12 and was ready to sell me a dozen and the manager said no. I didn’t pay $24 this time so I left the donuts. I asked for the person in charge to call because I wanted to know if this was ok with the owner/higher ups that she’s not selling dozen boxes and she told me to go online. I still haven’t found a number/email to contact. Her not selling dozens seems...
Read moreI was rung up by a beautiful cashier named Deme. I ordered the chicken and bacon on a ciabatta roll with NO CHEESE with hash browns. She repeated back to me no cheese? I replied yes and she inserted it in da system. I wait until my food was prepared. I received my food and it's cheese on it. I look at my receipt and it has no cheese which showed me he doesn't read well or read thoroughly. I told him that I ask for no cheese. He looked at his monitor to check and it's there. Instead of making a new sandwich he just took the cheese off and gave it to me. I was in a rush so I didn't bother to argue. The sandwich was dry and it didn't have that lovely sauce I like on it. I recommend every one check their orders and if not correct make them do it over.
