Out family ordered a big order of chicken and gravies. To know how many gravies to order, i asked the cashier, Chris, of the different sizes of the containers. She clearly showed me 2 different sizes, one big round black container for large size and a small transparent container. So I chose the big one and ordered 2 gravies of that size, large size. The order came and checked if I have everything in the bag. I noticed the gravies containers were not the same as the one she showed me. They are a little bit smaller than the ones she showed me and don't know what are those she showed meSo she checked and said,"oh, I'm sorry, it's my fault." In other words I just took her word and accepted she made a mistake in showing me the wrong sizes. So, that's fine. I don't want to change them since we have been waiting for quite a while.
As I was about to go out of the door, I heard one of the team ( not sure if that was the manager or a fellow crew) approached and asked her what happened. Chris said , "oh she was just confused." It really got on my nerve what I heard because that was a lie! She put the blame on me instead of telling her fellow crew the truth that she was the one confused and gave me the wrong information. Being a customer who did no wrong to you, should not be treated this way. The trust was lost both to the team and to the store.
Waiting too long for the order, messing up our orders are okay but it is not acceptable to see crew members treat customers lying about them it's their fault and confused...

While I was initially just looking for a quick and easy meal, I was pleasantly surprised by both the food and the service. The chicken, specifically the legs and thighs family pack, was delicious. It was cooked perfectly – crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside. Even better, the service was absolutely amazing! The staff member who helped us was incredibly friendly and helpful. When we ordered the family pack, she generously gave us two of every sauce we asked for! This was such a thoughtful gesture and really made our meal feel extra special. We had plenty of our favorite dipping sauces to go around! We did have to wait a little while to get the food home, as we weren't all together yet, but it was still warm and delicious by the time we sat down to eat. Everything tasted great, and there was plenty to go around thanks to the extra sauces. Overall, this KFC visit was a real win. The woman behind the counter was busy berating another employee about wearing the wrong socks. The lady in line ahead of me had to ask her if she would be attending to customers soon. Service was slowed down more when that lady was informed that they were out of sweet corn and needed to pick a different side dish. My service was slowed down when I ordered the "Big Box" and for some reason it's two thighs and a leg instead of one thigh, one leg and one breast. When I told the woman taking my order that I didn't want all dark meat she said she would have to charge me accordingly. You raise the price for one piece of white meat? The girl that used to work at the same location would just give me the one piece of white meat to keep me returning. Then I was informed after paying that they were out of dark meat in Original Recipe and I had to settle for Extra Crispy that I didn't want.
