McDonald's — Restaurant in Washington

Personally, I can't stand McDonald's I mostly.door dash McDonald's and I Consistanly loose mo ey going to McDonald's especially at night they are supper slow I have spent as..uch as 45 minutes in line just waiting g for my door dash order and this isn't just one McDonald's from one area its all McDonald's I have been to every McDonald's fro. Kingston all the way around and back.up.to Stanwood and ever one of them is slow as.hell.to get my door dash order.out to me they really need.to.cbange the way they handle.door.dash and Uber eats because the food is always ready to go but it take for ever to get through the li e to get to the window and then the long code you have to read off is hard for me to see I'm in a car with not much light so it's hard for me to read if they made.it so us delivery drivers can get up.to the WI dow quicker or give us access to the lobby at night maybe even have some.o e dedicated to bri g door dash and other there.food out to them so we.can make.some money that would be smart and helpful because even if we.get a 10 order and it takes 20 min to get through the line and then somtimes another 15 min to our customers house and 15 minutes back that's 1 hour and we only make 10 bucks a hourjust because McDonald's can't get the order to us in a timely fashion if you think about it if they can get us out faster they can put out more orders if we can get back and do two or three orders a hour then everybody makes more money and realy that's the name of the game right? Come on people everyone needs to sat somthing in order...

Fast! Prompt acknowledgement of my presence, and a proper smile. I come to McDonald's for coffee most of the time. The food was good for McDonald's standards. The CSR was what made this visit great! 👍 The Kingston McDonald's, needs to step up their game. This location makes that one look like a joke. Way to go, Bremerton crew! But , later that day, I went back for coffee and a late night snack. The crew members were kind, and the food was good, but I noticed something. THE ELECTRIC OUTLETS HAD BE CLOSED OFF. BECAUSE EARLIER THAT DAY IN THE MORNING , A HOMELESS VETERAN. WAS THERE WITH HIS BEAUTIFUL WIFE. HE WAS CHARGING HIS PHONES WHILE HE HAD BREAKFAST WITH HIS WIFE. Really ? That's how YOU treat the people who defended YOU AND YOUR COUNTRY? I ALSO NEEDED TO CHARGE MY PHONE. I NEEDED IT CHARGED TO ANSWER MCDONALD'S WHEN THEY CALLED ME ABOUT AN APPLICATION. NOW I CAN'T CHARGE MY PHONE THERE.

AND I SURELY WOULDN'T WANT TO WORK UNDER A DISCRIMINATORY MANAGER WHO WONT LET A VETERAN CHARGE HIS PHONE.

UPDATED REVIEW* 12/7/19 No problems so far; this McD's ranks supreme for McDonald's that are located around this area, in my opinion. The employees are friendly & courteous, some with a great sense of humor. This store has improved so much over the years. The store, what I see, remains clean, and the grounds around it also remain clean as well. Personally, I have rarely had an issue with this establishment, but when I have, they have taken care of it with no problems at all. I've been fairly happy with this McDonald's, employees seem friendly and courteous; I have gotten to know a few of them fairly well by frequently going there for coffees and ice tea. There have been a couple mistakes in the past but I have pointed it them out and they have been more than willing to fix their mistakes. McDonald's is McDonald's, a fast food restaurant, mistakes do happen once in a while with any restaurant or retail establishment, as long as the employees are friendly and handle the situation with grace I have no issue, so far so good with...
