McDonald's — Restaurant in Washington

This is how i received our deluxe big breakfasts. Employee told me he hates his job and apologized. First they were brought to my car, he asked what i ordered, i said 3 big breakfasts. He turned and walked to another car. He handed it to her, she rifled through the bag and shook her head no and gave it back. The employee then put the bag on her roof and started pulling things out of the bag and opening them. I guess once he saw pancakes he realized it was my order. He closed all the quarter pounder boxes and came back to my car. Then he stated that he hated his job and handed the bag to me. I opened one and saw pancakes, what a mess. You can see by the pics below, all the boxes were soaked through by the time i got 5 blocks to my house, not a great way to start your day! Sadly, messed up food orders are not the only problem, food quality is as well. Breakfast has been consistently good, but the last 3 big macs had severely overcooked patties, mc-chickens have never been a problem. The fries have been consistently bad, and not even filled :( that used to be what they were known for.

Forgot mcgriddles on our breakfast order, offered to replace next time we are in. Of course I kept forgetting, one day I remembered and had then replaced. That is the one time the breakfast was not good. The edge around both mcgriddles was hard? Never had that before!

Sad to say I live less than a mile from the 7920 evergreen way mcd's, but I drive to 41st or all the way to mukilteo if I want mcdonalds, needless to say this causes me not to visit this chain very often now.

This one also tells me I can't order the daily double, one of my favorite. I go online to do an order, and there is the daily double!! So I have to order it online to get it, they can't figure out how to ring through. If I can't get consistent food, and have to do the cashiers job, I would rather not keep spending $35 every time I stop by...

I haven't been to this McDonalds for awhile. Didn't know they tore down the old building and built a new one. This building is a square soulless box with no decoration or personality. The old one first had a racing theme. That was replaced by a native American theme. Which made sense since it is located on an Indian reservation. This has no decoration or theme. It is all just brown. Gray and beige. It is dark and dank. The service is substandard. Using my app I ordered ahead and just counterside to pick up my burger and drink. For dessert, I ordered sundaes and chose the table delivery thru the app since I was involved in my book. Next thing I know my name is being shouted out. I went to the counter and found my sundaes sitting there melting. I asked why it wasn't delivered to my table and was treated to a shrug. Sorry, I didn't notice it was tableside. I pointed out the receipt sitting there said tableside with the number of the table clearly stated. Got a shrug sorry I didn't notice that. I looked around for a place to refill my beverage and found no place for refilling it like every McDonald's I have seen for years. Asked about where could get a refill and was grudgingly told, oh I guess I could do that for you. It came back on a cup with 95 percent ice cubes and maybe two...

So it's like 1am and you're wondering what's open. You know McDonald's is 24 hours. You know it's fast food. You assume you're going to go there for a quick snack. YOU ARE WRONG. This place is absolutely horrible at night, and often times during the day. I have been there dozens of times now past 9pm and every single time I waited a good half hour in line. I'm not joking. I have no idea how this place stays in business or how the company allows this. A trip to a restaurant would have been faster. Not only that but of course imagine all that wasted gas waiting in the drive thru line. I'm not joking. Half hour, every single time. Sometimes it took 5 minutes for someone to even greet me at the speaker. DO NOT go here at night, ever. Considering how busy this place is, I'm amazed they don't have more workers. I don't know why it takes them so long, but I can only assume it's the lack of people working. Not only that but the people who work there at night seem like some real idiots. They blast music inside of the store and act as though they're on drugs. Definitely not a place you want to get food from that's for sure. I'm truly amazed McDonald's allows this. I go out of my way to go to the location in Lake Stevens now. They are much faster, and...
