A simple lunch before meeting was all we wanted. One of our orders was a papa bowl vegetarian, I ordered online and customize the order removing the cheese. I received my order confirmation with the ingredients listed in the order details no cheese listed. We picked up the order get back to the office and there’s cheese in the vegetarian papa bowl! I contacted the store and spoke with the manager Todd who immediately began to debate with me rather than accommodate me as a customer and correct the incorrect item. He argued with me that cheese came in the bowl even though I told him that I unchecked the cheese options and it’s not listed in the ingredients on my order details. Very very rude, he demanded I bring the incorrect bowl back as well as a screenshot of the order details to confirm that we did not request cheese in a vegetarian bowl. Upon arrival I was not greeted we even apologize to for the inconvenience, he was rude and continue to debate even after seeing and confirming that there was no cheese listed in our order details. When I let him know that this experience was just a simple lunch before meeting that turned into something terrible which could’ve easily been resolved by treating me as a great customer rather than what he did. When I let him know I would be reaching out to customer care to share my experience and that I was also a Google reviewer he told me to do what I needed to do. Read moreMike took care of me! I wasn't able to place my order online so I called the store at around 11:00 pm because I had a reward to use. The person I talked to first told me to place my order through him then call an online help desk for my reward (and I did), he was no help, but after a good 30mins of calling back and forth with the online help desk and the store I ended up getting transferred to Mike (works at the store). I was told that I had to place my reward order online as a carryout so I don't get charged twice for delivery since I already placed a delivery order. But the store wasn't accepting carryout orders since it was already 11:40pm. From the beginning, my issue was paying twice for delivery and the person I talked to the first time knew that but didn't want to do anything about it, made it sound like he cannot help with any type of online orders or rewards, gave me an online help desk phone number and didn't want to deal with it. Then Mike answered the phone, after hearing what I needed, he just took off one of the delivery charge. It was that simple! Read moreThis location ONLY got one star because of the young lady that helped me. She was very nice. However the overall experience WAS A NEGATIVE STAR EXPERIENCE. The actual location is very small and the area is sketchy. Very sketchy. But if you push pass that and actually order you’ll probably kick yourself later realizing the signs before you even order are evident and should not be ignored. I ordered carryout. I called and placed my order. I arrived 20 mins later. And my pizza was still not done. I was told I had about a 7 minute wait. How? Idk. So, when I did get my pizza it had absolutely no sauce on it. When I called to find out why, the guy who answered basically laughed it off saying “yea that happens a lot” ..: there wasn’t a gesture to try to correct it or anything.
