Papa Murphy's | Take 'N' Bake Pizza — Restaurant in Washington

My past review was because they were awesome. Tonight they failed. I will leave the past here but tonight I ordered a meat summer special and a thai chicken pizza(which was ok). The meat has hardly any pepperoni, and NO OTHER MEAT...a crazy amount of mushrooms, tomato clumps, one olive and it appears ranch dressing (what the hell?) I wanted something my daughter could enjoy since I cant eat the meats she can so was buying two separate trays. From my wheelchair I couldn't see over the counter nor could I see the larger tray under the thai when he helped me through the door (So, yes, they were courteous... but I do not understand why I kept hearing one of the guys mention veggie and I said no, we want meat... I heard someone say something about spinach and I said no spinach -- this is supposed to be a meat pizza...) But when more than half of what was put on the pizza ends up on the island and the dogs won't even touch it, that's a serious problem- particularly when new options are closing in. Now that she's picked most of the mushrooms off, it appears shed have more toppings if wed just have picked up from walmart and not had to try to figure out a way for it to be kind of palatable. So good, freshness at its best.. even if I do need to take it home to finish the cooking, not having to deal with shopping but having such fresh ingredients and ready to...

I had to return a pizza sat evening that my boyfriend brought home. The pizza was made incorrectly, made with the wrong crust, ingredients added that didn't belong, it had a mound of cheese and very little sauce. I tried simply getting a refund due to the state of the entire environment, but it wasn't an option, so I had to guide her through how to make it. (GLOVES REQUIRED) She told me her cheat sheet was gone. Lady, it says it on the big sign behind you on how to make it, but she was still unsure! The other man working was the dishwasher but was thrown into the chaos as a fill-in. She was filthy, cussing and talking to herself, mumbling, and the man wasn't much better. While in there, they were just giving away substitution bc they were out of items, and they were leaving people on hold bc she was forgetting about them. Dont waste your time.

The Washington location is ridiculous. It was one of our favorite go-to quick dinners, but the lackluster staff/service has left a bad impression.

From losing our online order ticket to leaving out the dressing/marinara, leaving out the breadsticks or salad, looking at me like Im putting them out for asking for the thing they forgot (I'm always pleasant, with over a decade working in restaurants), getting the order wrong (granted, we often swap one topping), or the latest...

I call to order and in a roundabout conversation I finally ask "wait, so you only have one pizza left...?" Yes. Phone customer service skills lacking. Pizza quality and now quantity lacking. Teen staff (most not all) doesn't seem to care.

Wonder if this runs downhill from management or if it's running wild with unaware management. Either way, we're finally done eating here... boo....
