This location usually provides good service and coffee, but their level of service seems to go down when they're busy. I have previously visited this location when it was quieter and have been very happy with their service. Everything was fine as I went through the drive thru and ordered. The couple in the car in front on me seemed to have a question/issue with their order, but I thought nothing of it. When I received my order, not only was my drink the wrong size, but they forgot to give me the scone I ordered. Unfortunately, I didn't ask for a receipt, so I had to take the word of the employee manning the window that I was charged for the smaller drink I received and not the size I ordered. On top of that, I ordered a Pumpkin Cream Cold Brew and the coffee used is so strong, it's all I taste. No pumpkin or cream flavor is coming through, just strong, brewed coffee flavor. So disappointing! I like the Starbucks location on College and Pacific so much more. Staff and service there is great and have never been disappointed...
Read moreI generally love this location as I have been coming for many years. They always get my drinks right and has had wonderful customer service but this.. this is what bites the cake. As i was enjoying my drink in bed in the dark going about my day I slurped up what seemed to be a squishy foreign object. I took it out of my mouth out of curiosity (bc i generally don’t have any chunks in my drink they are very creamy) and it seemed to be a piece of lint until i turned on my light to what appeared to be a FLY. I freaked out and threw it off me (the wing stayed on my finger ofc) and threw up whatever was in my drink and the breakfast i had this morning. Mortified and still gagging at this moment i have to say that i know people in customer service work so very hard as i was in the industry for quite some years. PLEASE i am begging be thorough and check the ingredients and watch for foreign things that can end up in others...
Read moreI like coming to this location and most of the time my experience is decent. However, I've noticed lately that if I do a mobile order, there are issues. I will walk through the door and patiently wait for someone to make eye contact with me so I can ask about my mobile order as I'm standing right at the counter for mobile order pickup. I don't want to be rude, so I stand there and wait patiently for someone to help me. Unfortunately, usually the person making drinks there doesn't make eye contact to ask if they can help you. I had to go to the cashier to get someone's attention to ask about my mobile order. I know things get busy but basic customer service is asking someone if they have been helped yet.
