This is by far the WORST Starbucks I have ever been to. Unfortunately it is the closest one to my work and home- They 2 older women are RUDE, LAZY and nonchalant, the brunette that was the manager is the only one that even cares about that place and since she has been on maternity leave the place has taken a nose dive-I have made it a point to reach out to my friend who manages another store close by, and have her inform the district mgr. It is so sad that when you walk in, there can be 3 people by the bar but they stare at you and each other and are more concerned about when it is their turn for a break than making your drink- The older gal who is heavier is the LAZIEST! The only one that actually cares is the younger gentlemen w glasses. He genuinely tries to help and smile. others are all grumpy, slow, miserable people. So sad bz I get coffee 2x a day and bring our kids on weekends. They refused to hand me my sandwich across the counter and made me come back to get it from the bar and said " don't blame me blame Paul" WOW are u serious? You cant just be professional? I will NEVER step foot in this raggedy establishment again and I EMPLORE Starbucks to fire every last one of the blondes from the youngest to oldest to skinniest to heaviest, they are all AWFUL- the gal w short curly light brown hair w glasses is extremely rude as well- the European older gal is RUDE, the tall younger blonde RUDE the pregnant blonde RUDE and LAZY. SO sad- We have resorted to taking the trip to the airport road Starbucks where...
Read moreI have a major problem with this location. They allow mobile ordering for in-store pickup, BEFORE THE STORE OPENS. So if you try to go pick up your drink, they literally treat you like a piece of filth scumbag homeless drug addict. They won't let you in to get your drink, and worse they actively ignore you while treating you like garbage. "You don't have a car?" the employee says to me as I try to collect my overpriced coffee from the drive thru window. Um no, little twenty year old, not everyone has a car and it doesn't make me a loser who doesn't deserve their $7 coffee. I had to act like a lunatic and walk to the drive in window because the three girls inside LITERALLY IGNORED ME as I tried to tell them I had placed a mobile order and needed to collect it. I dropped Starbucks for almost a year after a huge habit. This morning reminds me that the stores and the staff are part of Starbucks that I don't miss. If the area is too sketch to open your lobby, turn off your mobile ordering, or CLOSE YOUR STORE. In the meantime, morning staff August 8th- you suck for both ignoring me and treating me terribly. I felt awful after the interaction, all I wanted was coffee. You actually made me feel like some kind...
Read moreThis store is synonymous with market exploitation and consumer fraud. Do Not Buy Coffee By The Pound From Starbux ! , because, the Starbucks corporate vision is reflected herein and we are all very concerned with the environmental impact of this logo on our world. Protest corporate degradation of the regional standard of living in the name of capitalist greed (lifestyle) and, more importantly, prote$t the corporate degradation of the regional environment.
On 1/3/14 i purchased a pound of coffee that i always drink at $11.95 for a pound that is not ground. I purchased it because it looked like it had been sitting on the shelf for a while, and it smelled awesome, and it tasted great. Then i returned to this locale on 1/12/14 purchased the same product, however, with a big difference "a very disappointing inconsistency in the product", although the price was still very consistent at the exorbitant and highly inflationary $11.95 per pound, the coffee smelled and tasted like bitter mud. Keep an eye on this locations management and staff there is something very unethical going on here.
Corporate ethics are reflected in the smallest component parts from manufacture to distribution. Lookout. ...
