We visited this subway while we were waiting for some photos in Walmart to finish printing. I've previously worked at subway and am VERY picky on how everything is made. Not only that, I'm gluten free, so everything has to be made properly for it to taste amazing. I can spell her name, but I know its pronounced "a-nay" or something like that, made my sandwich to PERFECTION! she took the time to make sure everything was made just the way I wanted it. It did take forever, but not once did she give any attitude or be rude what so ever. She was tons of fun and was very honest when I asked about certain things. 5 stars for sure!! The other chick made my man's sandwich and he thought she Made a great one, he gives her 5 stars as well. We'll be returning to this location and hopefully on their shift! :) Thanks ladies!!

Read morePlaced an online order that said it would be ready at 12:40. Got here and they didn’t receive the order. The owner Anshu refused to help us and said we had to call the 800 number even though we had the confirmation email in hand showing the payment went through and confirmed the stores information. We sat on the phone in the lobby and she ends up telling us to hang up and she would make the sandwiches. We confirmed with the corporate office that they would get paid for the order. Even though we have been sitting here for quite some time at this point they have helped every single person who came through (about 10) and then she did an interview with another person before even starting our sandwiches . It seems Jasmine doesn't know how to ring people up properly, we were given 2 different people's sandwiches, they wouldn't fix it when we asked for cookies to begin with, as a matter of fact it was so bad that I didn't even order. We had to get food for my pregnant daughter, my breast feeding daughter and my 2 1/2 year old grandson, otherwise, we'd have left and gone somewhere else. I promise I will NEVER come back to this Subway again. I will DEFINITELY be contacting corporate. Pull your employees aside and let them know they really should try to listen to the customer.
