Subway — Restaurant in Washington

Subway is usually a nice place for a quick sandwich when I am out longer than I expected on errands. However, this particular Subway, which I have been to perhaps five times over the last three years, is consistently the worst Subway. The bread was fresh one of the five times. The other visits the bread was stale. The employees are unhappy and there has been different staff every time I visited this loaction. The products are okay but the staff seem to be incapable of placing the proper amount of anything on the sandwich. Mayo is always way too much or way too little. Salt and pepper is always overdone and vinegar and oil is somehow wrong, too. I really need to brave the mall if I really want a good subway sandwich. The mall location has far...

We placed an online order, said it would be ready for pick up at 2:20. Needless to say, it was not. When we walked in, there was only one girl working and 2 more in the back with a line of customers waiting. When a 2nd girl walked out from the back the 2 girls started to argue in front of the customers. After we sat there for 20 mins we find out that the bread we asked for was our and the chocolate chip cookies. Not one of the employees acknowledged any of the customers waiting. Oh and they still managed to make our sandwiches wrong, both of them! Absolutely will never go to this...

There is only one staff member here making orders. The person in front of me had been waiting for 10 minutes already while this one staff member builds 2 online orders....very...very...slowly. Put onions on sandwich, squint at order, put peppers on sandwich, squint at order.... this is not the Subway you want to visit if you need yo be somewhere.

Also, the tables in disarray as if high schoolers were in here horsing around. But nothing has been put back into place.
