Wimpy's — Restaurant in Washington

I was in Washington today and for the first time, I tried Wimpy’s. No one was wearing gloves, the meat was grey that was pulled out of the refrigerator with bare hands, the big block of cheese had no plastic casing around it and was handled bare handed to pick a slice of cheese off of the block, big bag of French fries was opened up and again bare handed from the bag to the fryer, tomato sliced bare handed along with the lettuce. Hubs ordered the chili dog and lemonade 🍋, I ordered the cheese burger 🍔 and 🍟 fries.

This was the first time we tried Wimpy's. Paid $50 to have missing items and the worst customer service we've ever experienced. Called up there to get it straightened out. They said we could come back to get the missing items, but we didn't have any interest in letting our food get cold or driving all the way back there. Just wanted a reimbursement or credit towards our next meal, but the lady said we're busy right now and hung up on me. Safe to say we we're disappointed in the treatment.
