Stumbled upon this place and it was so good!!! Ended up with a falafel sandwich (a pita wrap with falafel, lettuce, tom, onion amd tziki type sauce). AND it came with these AMAZING chickpeas and a separate side of a spicy green sauce. Also picked up a mango lassi, fantastic! If you weren't 700 miles away, I stop by at least once a week!

It's in the basement of the Reagan Building. Hard to find, but it's part of a huge food court with options for everyone in your fam... pizza places, sub places, gelato places and more. This place serves the best kebab I’ve had in my entire life — and I don’t say that lightly! Every bite was full of flavor, perfectly seasoned, and cooked just right. The meat was juicy and tender, and you could tell it was made with care and authenticity.

Not only was the food delicious, but the portion sizes were generous, and the presentation was beautiful. The side dishes and fresh bread complemented the kebabs perfectly.

It's absolutely outstanding that you can find this kind of food for this price near the National Mall facilities. My wife and I went there a couple times after museums and never regretted. The fact that it's in a Food Court, I guess, helps keeping their prices down. They complement it with friendly service, good quality food, and freshly baked bread.
