The Bagel Exchange is close to my workplace, so I frequent it if I've managed to skip breakfast. The menu accommodates those looking for a $2.50 coffee and bagel to the full blown sausage, egg, and cheese on a bagel with your drink of choice.

The atmosphere is very friendly. There are often 'regulars' there which makes it feel like a neighborhood meeting place rather than just a grab-and-go joint, although there are those of us who take our food for the road.

Overall, definitely recommended for the target audience!
