This used to be my favorite JJ's to go to and I frequented it often, but now if you go after 3-4pm you'll be left with subpar customer service. A few weeks ago I ordered no lettuce or tomato for my picky kid and they put it on anyways so I casually brought it up and they said "just pick it off?" (which I usually do, but you should address it better), another time recently I ordered 4 very basics subs and the guy kept sighing loudly when I said I had one more (there was no one else in line or the drive through), and yesterday I went in to pick up a mobile order and nobody greeted me, I stood there awkwardly and then was just glared at at the register until I told her I was picking up. One sandwich had maybe 2 pieces of turkey on it and was not worth the money at all.
For mobile orders, other JJs get the entire order ready, even the drinks, and put them in a box for you to easily carry out. This one just gave me the 3 cups (which is fine too fill up ourselves) but didn't offer a drink carrier or anything, say have a good day, etc. I've worked in food service before and we would've failed all of our surveys or secret shopper tests acting like this. And I'm always very kind to staff so it's not like they reciprocated any attitude back to me...

When we did get it the sandwiche, they had been made and out for an hour and a half. Im fine with a wait, I can be understanding of that, it happens for lots of reasons. Them knowingly giving us food that had gone that long prepared and unrefrigerated... that's not okay. To be fair I did report it in a survey and they offered us credit for the meals, but the problem was the unsafe food handling practices. They made no remarks at all to that. Read moreI am at home with covid and had a no contact delivery and i have never had a problem with Jimmy's until today. Ordered 2 (#12s) sandwiches. One of them was perfectly made (on wheat) and the other (regular French) was literally missing the turkey and avocado. It only had lettuce and cheese.. called the store and they said they would deliver me another sandwich but that they would like the first one back (no problem with me whatsoever) mind you i have covid and i had taken a bite out of it. New sandwich had 1-2 small chunks of turkey not slices! Just little chunks. Bread was dripping water and Mayo it was extremely soggy had more cheese then anything. Very disappointed.
