Starbucks — Restaurant in Waterloo

1 visit. Coffee was stale. They offered to make another pot but I was in a rush so asked for americano. It was very watery. Asked if they could add a shot, which they did, but only after explaining to me americanos are supposed to be watery (sure). I explained I've had plenty and know what they taste like. They said they were doing me a favor by not charging an extra $0.75...

1 visit may not be a fair assessment, but they left a bad taste in my mouth...

I go there just about everyday and they are very friendly, helpful, and fast. Yes, you have to physically get up out of your car and walk in to Target (some of us get spoiled with the drive thrus-I understand totally) but it's worth it because you don't have to wait in some crazy line like you do many times at the drive thru Starbucks.
