The employee by the name of Shakya or shakia has been pretty rude every time I go through the drive-thru on College Avenue in Waterville, ME. Today she was the worst. I am not sure why you allow her to work there. Her Manager is Jamie and I would appreciate it if someone would. forward this message to him if possible or give me a phone number to call him. Thank you very much! My refresher was 3.00 and I asked for it with sparkling water and a senior discount. I forgot that it is cheaper without the senior discount. I questioned the amount and instead of her explaining it to me nicely she got all defensive and her tone was very rude. So I went in the building to ask another employee the price and when I said I asked for it with senior discount he explained that it is cheaper just getting the 3.00 and not asking for senior discount cause it would be 4.41. While I was trying to talk to other employee Shakya just kept interrupting and talking loud over me and very rude. So I proceeded to tell her she is being rude and was not helpful at all. She told me I was being rude and said if I didn’t like it to leave her store! I told her I would leave the store as soon as I got information to call someone to complain. This girl should not be working with people. She has been loud and rude at the window. She is very abrupt. She does not like it when people question her! Read moreThis location is an absolutely filthy pit. I stoppedto just get coffees and it took 25 minutes. While there I noticed that even though there were at least 6 employees, that I saw, walk-in customers were barely moving and drive-thru wasn't much better. There was a short, blondish woman, maybe manager, who employees were asking questions and she seemed clueless and was kind of rude back to them. I don't know if they lost their coffee recipe cards or whatever but the employee making my coffees kept asking everyone how many pumps of whatever for each cup. I ordered 4 medium cups of hot coffee and got 4 barely warm, small coffees. The owner seems to have other priorities, such as his toys, which he protects with a camera and let's you know he watches the video every 4 hours.. I suppose his only having 1 door for customers coming in and going out is another effort at theft prevenrion, but i thought balancing my coffee tray while attempting to leave while another customer with 3 children attempt to crowd through the same door was an inconverience. ..if only he was that committed to making sure his employees knew what...
Read moreI went through the drive thru yesterday. The vehicle in front of me had ordered but could not move forward yet. The employee taking drive thru orders then proceeded to yell at me through the speaker HELLOOO! HELLOOO! very rudely and angrily to order. The problem was I was still a car length behind the speaker so I wasn't about to yell out my order from several feet behind the speaker. Then when I got to the speaker......the guy said hold on and made me wait. The time before I went through this drive thru, they got my order wrong and gave me the wrong size and flavor coffee. The staff at this location seems to be very rude, unprofessional and incompetent. I will never go to this...
