My brother was going to this store and be reported as assaulting my younger sis. I am extremely appreciate the cashier’s awareness of his care of children. He reported my brother to the police just bcuz he saw my sis did not give my brother’s phone back to him and they just physically make jokes themselves :)(maybe my expression is not correct cuz English is not my first language. But everything I said should be in their store CCTV) Again, follow by the child’s protection law, I respect and appreciate what he did, HOWEVER, it is really ridiculous what the cashier said to my brother. He said he did not know their relationship, but he is the server (cashier)when they did the payment and I was on the phone with my brother when they paid the money , it was very clear when they made the order that shows they are family. I really can not understand how and why the cashier lie and “beautifying” what he said and did. Also when my brother asking the cashier, he refused to talking about the misunderstanding and said if my brother still asking him, he would kick my brother out. I felt like it is really a discrimination since when he during the service, he can really know my brother’s English is not as good as the people who speak English as their mother language. Thank you for the manager who said sorry to my brother for his bad experience. AND VERY appreciate the cashier for his awareness again and hope he can continue doing that in his whole life:) GOOD FOR HIM (Again, no offence to child protection law in USA and very respect to that, but I think people should apologize to their misunderstanding and the unnecessary trouble and the bad mode brought to others otherwise, I would felt it is discrimination to people who can not speak English and...
Read moreDon't get me wrong, I love iced coffee & I have been a frequent, daily regular to Starbucks since the beginning of the pandemic but the shop really has gone down hill in the last year. My order was a Vente iced coffee with White Mocha & Sweet Cream. I don't know what changed, but since mid-summer I now have to say "Vente iced coffee, 5 pumps of White Mocha, Extra Vanilla Sweet Cream and please make sure the coffee comes out super light". My coffee went from something simple, to now having to break it down, right to the color. If it's not the right proportions, they dump some of it out, add what they need and leave barely any ice in the cup. Since last summer they cut their hours, change the hours of operations regularly, have drive-thru or walk-ins only, shut down early, ect. Unless you ask, or check your bank statement when you leave - you don't know your total half the time. I know what you're thinking, "why do you need to know if you go there everyday?", I'll tell you why. There's been several times in the past few months they've tried charging me for Lattes, Chai's, when it's just an iced coffee. They'll also hand me the correct coffee but say it's $7+ because they'll select the wrong beverage type. This morning my S.O. had gone to get a coffee for me. They tried handing him the wrong order at first - he declined. They re-made it, no biggie. Until half way back he checked his bank statement and saw a 6.26$ drink, was really a 10$ charge. They charged him for the drink they made wrong.
I am never the type of person to write reviews, let alone leave a negative one but they really have taken a turn for the worst, compared to what...
Read moreSo I have been going to this location for years, and have always enjoyed the location, atmosphere, the workers are friendly, and the taste is great. There is one major issue though that needs attention in my opinion as well as my co-worker gave me some info as well. So for the last 3-6 months about 3-4 times a month I go through the drive through to get my Grande Hot Mocha w/ whip cream and chocolate drizzle. Every single time except for maybe 1 time my whip cream is forgotten, my drizzle is forgotten, and then there are days where both are completely forgotten. My co-worker that goes every single day has stated they have forgotten these things so much she had to go out and buy her own personal whip cream and drizzle just for when the employees at Starbucks forget to put these on. Now as someone that has worked as a customer service manager when things get to this point then opportunity to train to get better at this should be noticed and addressed as nobody should spend the money for the full service of what they are paying for and having things forgotten consistently. So it would be appreciated if upper management could make sure this gets addressed that would put in my opinion at a full 5 star rating at this location. Today my mocha didn't even have on the ticket whip cream and chocolate drizzle and I know enough about Starbucks that whoever makes the drinks looks at the sticker on the cup to make it correctly. This could be a start to getting this fixed. I appreciate everyone's time reading this, and keep up...
