Do NOT order delivery from this location. In fact, think twice about ordering delivery from Chipotle, period. They did NOT make my order correctly. My bowl clearly DID NOT include the fajita vegetables I asked for, though even the label states they're in there. None. Nada. No fajita vegetables included. You can't call to complain. They don't accept calls-- it's all automated. The automated system will not let you make a complaint. The automated response is that they do not have time to take phone calls! If you state that you picked up, you are told to refer back to the email confirming your order. If you order thru Door Dash, they want you to complain to the driver. This is NOT a Door Dash problem. The Door Dash driver did not make my burrito bowl. Of course, it could never be their staff, who actually make the food! Do I want to put my shoes on and drive up to complain? No. Should I have to? Absolutely not. I get it! People make mistakes. It happens. But, how frustrating to give a company business that won't make mistakes right, or even give its customers an opportunity to just get their orders made correctly. We certainly paid for it! You just made REPEAT customers into non-customers. This is terrible customer service. I won't hesitate to share my story, either. All because of terrible customer service in the form of an automated machine that told me its employees don't have the time to take my phone call and make my order right-- yet they had time to take the order and take the money!

Read moreWell that was horrible! Learn from my experience, stay away. I heard from a trusted friend in another state that Chipotle was one of their go to places, so I thought I'd give it a try.
Big mistake! I went after the evening rush, around 7PM. I should have turned right around as the few tables that were unoccupied had food and container debris, the floor was a mess and the trash receptacles were overflowing. I even saw one diner take his trash outside so as to not pile it on top of the full trash cans indoors.
The food was yuck. I got a bowl with black beans, brown rice and chicken. The rice was the best, the only kinda good part. The chicken had little taste and was "junk" chicken, not prime pieces and I found two large chunks of bone or grizzle. Yuck!
I stopped eating it and I decided instead to enjoy the chips and salsa. Big mistake, the chips were stale, likely not even fresh this week.

Read moreI stopped in a few minutes after this location opened on a Wednesday morning. They apparently had 3 to 4 large catering orders in progress when I arrived. The chairs were still upside down on the tables. I stood there for 40 minutes while they ignored me and other customers waiting in line. Apparently, the catering and DoorDash orders took priority? Those of us in line weren't even acknowledged and no discounts were offered when we finally checked out. It was mystifying to me why they couldn't even spare one (of like 8) worker to run the line for in-house orders. I observed over a dozen people walk in and then out over that 40 minutes as they got fed up before I did. I attempted to order tea with my burrito bowl, and they said they had not had time to make any. No apologies, no nothing. In fact, they seemed a little put out I would even ask.
