I called the Waukegan location last night to ordered dinner for my family. The person who answered the phone did not even give me his name or anything. At the time I was ordering over the phone I asked for two pizzas. As soon as he got my order of the pizzas he started giving me the total, I told him I wasn’t done ordering yet so he responded what else do you want? I responded an order of wings, I told him what kinds of wings and the sauce, again rushing gives me the total again and very poletely I told him listen I’m not done yet, him rudely says ok keep going with your ordered. I asked for an order of bread sticks. He gave me the total again like he is trying to get rid of me. I was going to order more but at the end I was upset. He gave me a total of 75 dollars and change. I was upset at that time. He goes “your total is 75 dollars it will be ready in 20 mins. He was about to hang up and I said; I want to pay over the phone. He says ok, I started giving my card information. He kept arguing with me that the security card code is always a 4 digit and that I was missing one digit. Me frustrated already, I gave him another card number with the same three digits numbers with a 3 digit security code as well, and I don’t know if this person was train well or what his issue was. Me being upset and thinking after this bad experience. I decided to go to Gurnee the same day since I was closer there. I asked for the same order. My total was 54 dollars. I was shocked, better customer experience there and cheaper for the same order I created in Waukegan. I called waukegan and talked to the same guy, I asked for a manager, he claimed there was no manage at the location. I told him so if I drive right now to your location I won’t see a amateur there? He said no, I asked again poletely where’s your manager I need to speak to him, he said he is not here and hung up the phone. I called again and Larry answered. I asked for a refund I explained the situation and the experience I had. I also explained that I went to the Gurnee location and my same ordered was cheaper and w better experience. He apologized and told me my refund I will receive it in 5 days depending on my bank. I feel cheated I feel robbed and they should train or get rid of people they don’t want...
Read moreWe've been eating Jimanos Pizza for well over 14 years since we moved out here from Chicago. We looked hard for pizza that was good, delicious and just as good as what we were used to from the City. Jimanos was better. When we first came to Jimanos in Waukegan, there was a guy names Brandon and when he made pizza, we knew we were getting Declicous Pizza and even for events, my friends and family got to used to Jimanos Pizza that it was always a request. It's been maybe 3 years since we've had that feeling about Jimanos. Now we eat Jacks, Rosatis, Wayne's out in Grayslake and sometimes even Little Cesar's. The taste is not the same, sometimes (quite a few times) the crust was burned or other times it was extremely greasy. Plus the prices seem to keep going up and not often promoting with coupons and free 12 inch like you use to. Some if the staff is great but then sometimes knowing that someone is loyal to you for 14 years, I think honoring a expired coupon or pormotion wouldn't hurt you especially if you are still getting the business, instead of letting them walk out and taking there money somewhere else because unfortunately they may find someone just as good or better and not come back as often as someone like me use to.

Read moreI have been ordering from Jimanos for more than 20 years I'm sure. We always love the food our favorite is chicken-salad-pizza-wings-italian beef sandwiche..now the food is amazing. However one star for customer service in all my years of ordering here I have never encountered such rude customer service. I order online I added special wings and pizza I added everything to my cart and checked out - now technology can be flawed at times but long story short my food was delivered no wings . I ask the driver he says no wings was ordered I'm confused because my price indicates I ordered what I ordered. I always tip over 5 dollars we tip well. Call restaurants see what happens they basically argue with me and say you never ordered it - we can give you 50% off if you order it now. I continue to fuss because I know ordered cuz I choose sauce and ranch after all this he says well we can give you credit . Omg you could of lead with that 😳 instead have loyal customer never want to come back again I'm sure we spend any where 2k to 4k a year here but it's okay.
