I have had many issues with this location and against my better judgement gave them another try tonight. I placed a mobile order for a caramel frappe, 3 Mcflurries, and 1 cone. I was never asked if my order was right and they didn't put it on the screen for me to see, at the 1st window they just said you had the mobile and I said yes, so I get to the 2nd window and they hand me everything but the cone and I tell them and the tell me it's not on the order. I don't argue I just ask that they simply let me purchase a cone then and in the middle of the guy @ the window kindly trying to figure out what happened the rude I'm assuming manager says I'll do this and literally steps directly in front of the guy and looks over my order and says "NO! I have too many cars ALREADY!" So, I pull forward and go to the speaker (no wait) and order a cone and there's literally 1 car @ the window! I waited about 45 seconds and I pay for the cone but I show my order details on my phone that clearly has a cone in my original order to the guy that originally was trying to help me and said please tell him he was wrong and that something glitched as I had a cone on my original order. I had a very similar situation happen last time I was there (literally about a year ago they charged me for an order and tried to say I needed to pay again when I got to the window) I cannot believe that he is a manager or at minimum a shift supervisor when to him customers are taking up his time! He could've asked to see my phone, could've asked me to pull forward, but instead he literally told me I could not have what I ordered and refused to help me. That's not having a bad day that's lack of customer service skills, interacting with others, and several other things.

Read moreMy name Is Elvis Armas on May 7th I went to McDonalds drive thru at 12:53pm Order number 61 or 60 I order 4 Chicken tenders as I got back to work I was eating them getting to my 3rd chicken tender I bit it and it was hard raw!!!You could taste the raw chicken it was disgusting I felt nauseous and disgusted! I showed it to all my co mates even an ex detective from waukegan department we were unsatisfied. I've always gone to that Mc Donald's never ever have I had an issue except for them charging me for sauces which is dumb btw. I contacted them at 1:20pm they didn't answer I called back again at 2:05pm someone finally picked up. The manager I spoke with told me to do and incident report I went a couple days later since I am always at work and she didn't give me the proper paper of the report and I told her I wanted an incident report paper and she brought out a blank paper that's all took my info and said they would fill out the report which isn't right at all! I used to b an assistant manager for mcdonalds at one point and was a store manager for 2 Philly stores and never have we ever gave raw food we would always check oil temps when the times came for checking. I still told the lady manager on the 7th to check oil and to make sure they cook the tenders right because I could've gotten sick or even worse contracted a bacterial infection like SALMONELA! I AM ASHAMED FOR THAT STORE THEY COULDVE DONE BETTER! Imagine I always bring my workers there to eat imagine what if they got sick instead of me! I STILL HAVENT GOTTEN CONTACTED BY MCDONALDS FOR MY COMPENSATION NOR GET MY TENDERS REMAD. Read moreI got there at 10:50 breakfast menus was still on the tv I was waiting for someone to take care of me I wasn’t trying to rush anyone because I saw how stressed the manager looked 11:00 hit and as soon as the tv switches to lunch they come take care of me and I told them if I was able to still get breakfast because I got there before 11 the manager was to stressed about her employed than having someone at register and I spoke to her how I got there before 11 to get breakfast and instead of being understanding she’s like sorry but we stop serving breakfast at 11 like lady that’s why I got there before 11 and she just didn’t care just how she didn’t care about nobody being in register like I don’t think it’s fair she’s was more worried about the drive thru i literally left the drive thru to order faster because the line was moving so slow and after reading all the reviews i can tell the manager ain’t managing how she’s supposed to first of I seen how she talks to her poor employes like get ur big body self and get things yourself instead of just packing and yelling at the employees and being rude to your costumers so many bad comments about her here they need a new manager maybe things will be more positive the kid who came to take care of me at register was the same one she was yelling at she was to busy standing and bossing him around but yelling at him like as if that was her kid and the kid seemed pressured so I didn’t wanna take it off on him I was just observing her the whole time I was...
