WORST MC’DONALDS experience EVER!!! Was accused by two employees of not paying 1st window clerk. All I ordered was a cappuccino (which girl taking order in drive thru couldn’t get right) & snack wrap. Paid at 1st window with a $5 (I believe order came to $4.82, which I asked gal to put change in Ronald Mc donation bucket. Get to 2nd window where the two young girls first proceed to ask me if my order was for a McDbl & soda, when I tell them what I ordered then one of them informs me that she didn’t realize they didn’t have hazelnut flavoring any longer. Didn’t ask what I wanted instead but here’s the kicker & where it went from bad to WORSE, they then had audacity to say I didn’t pay, saying that the gal at 1st window had taken a bthrm brk so I couldn’t have nor was it showing up anywhere on there tickets, proceeded to ask if I had proof of payment I let them know I wasn’t given a receipt (typically I believe they do that at the 2nd window these days) I told them the denomination I paid with, that I asked for change to go into donation drop bucket. Then the girl that I had paid came back from bathroom to conform I paid, tried to give me my food & the other (not so bright girl that had accused me at LEAST 3 x’s of not paying) grabs bag & sets back down & snaps on co-wrkr “we were told not to give her out food until we figure it out if she paid” FINALLY after at LEAST 10 min (with other customers foods sitting on the small counter getting colder with every false accusation) the manager Shaylene finally pops up. They all go back & forth with looking at screen, checking tickets, once she finally does give me my order I ask for some form of coupons for a free sandwich or anything really, in my mind should be more even, I tell her that this was worst experience, apparently they weren’t given the new compensation coupons for the new year yet so she tells me she’ll take my name & put me in the book, whatever that means. During this whole fiasco one of the dingbats working at 2nd counter mention they think I paid for wrong order which leads me to believe I may have overpaid as well. I was sure to ask for. Corp number & the managers name since she wasn’t wearing a name tag. I tried the number but her handwriting was chicken scratch I believe it was the wrong number!!!!!!!!!! I’ll be googling or calling back for right number later on tnight, I’ll be generous enough to let them through dinner rush, worked at a McDonalds all through high school so I know how stressful it can be but there could’ve been a few or more steps taken differently on my worst visit ever!!! If I could give it no stars i would. Oh yeah & my cappuccino wasn’t even filled, was a...
Read moreOk, not even sure where to start. Upon walking in, I was literally, immediately, bombarded by a cashier asking, "Can I help you, can I help you" and me stating I needed a moment to make a choice, the "Can I help you" continued. Now a manager has caught wind of this and the employee quickly goes to the drive-thru to help customers coming through. So during my order I asked for fresh fries at which time I was told that the fries are always fresh I decided to oblige and see for myself. I ordered the mushroom and Swiss burger with a large fry and their new large Sprite mix up soda, of which is delicious! Upon receiving my order the first thing I tried were the fries. They were cold and Soggy so I ask for new ones. After a brief side from the person behind the counter and the audible Huff she did get me new fries so I sat down and decided to eat my meal. The first bite into my sandwich was absolutely horrific, whatever sauce they're putting on the burger had about eight times the amount it should have had all hidden neatly under a Toasted Bun. I've been approached the counter and ask the cashier if this is how much sauce is supposed to be on here she replied and said " I don't know I don't eat those" and then proceeds to ask other co-workers if that's how much sauce is supposed to be on there when the manager just says he'll re-make it. This is not the first time I've had issues at this McDonald's they've been going downhill for a while now. There's even times where they don't turn on their lights so they look like they're closed when they're really open. It's kind of sad when there's so many other places competing for your business that you're gladly given them. I know you've lost me as a customer for...
Read moreI placed my order for a Sausage McMuffin and Hash Brown and an additional Hash Brown. The order taker said 4.71. I pulled around to the first window and the same person who took my order said 6.27. I said "it's supposed to be 4.71 for Sausage McMuffin and Hash Brown Bundle and an extra hash brown. You just told me 4.71." She just looked at me and repeated 6.27. I said "fine". I pulled up to the second window and confirmed the order was correct with the girl who was going to give it to me. I told her I was charged the incorrect amount, she just stood there with her mouth open and the bag in her hand and looked at me, clearly having no clue what to do. At this point I wasn't going to refuse the food I had just overpaid for so I took my food and left. I said to the clueless girl at window 2, "I am NOT happy." Now here's the scoop. The person at window one should have queried me and corrected HER error and we all could have gone about our day but when she challenged me and didn't believe me all she would have had to do is figure out the correct cost and charge me that amount. The error could have been easily corrected at Window 1 but I am guessing now that I am not the only person with a wrong order and/or incorrect charge. I am a daily customer and any errors in the past have been tiny and not bothered about but this particular order taker was way out of line today and I am very angry; this is not the way I wanted to begin my work day. I will now have to go to a different place for my food in the morning because I expect retaliation from this individual based on her total denial...
