I am unable to leave a review on the food so I gave it a 1 star.
We were on our way to a family reunion and wanted some caffeine and I vetoed Starbucks so I could get a donut.
We get in and there were 5 employees and in the store there were 5 adults and 2 children ahead of us and a line behind us. As it was our turn, he told the girl working the counter to stop taking orders and start working the drive thru orders. There were at least 10 orange stickers on a machine waiting to be made.
We waited at least 15 minutes until the manager came up to the register. He asked what my fiancée wanted he asked for a Large Nitro, the manager asked what size? He repeated large and the manager said that it only comes in small (then why did he ask?), and they were out of nitro. My fiancée said he would have a cappuccino and the manager said just so he knows there is an inch of foam, he might want a latte instead. My fiancé agrees.
Now, the original reason I wanted Dunkin was for a donut. They had a dozen different donuts and 1 flavor of munchkins. No sprinkles, no jelly, no vanilla icing. I wanted the iced moo latte (the new one). They didn’t have the right milk for it.
I didn’t want anything else and they had no donuts so I said I didn’t want anything, and by that time my fiancé had enough and we were now running late.
They needed a better manager to have stepped in sooner and been better stocked.
We will never go to this Dunkin when passing through and just go Starbucks instead...
Read moreI have been to this Dunkin Dounut at least 10 times over the past couple years. Not once did I receive what I asked for. I always buy at least a dozen sometimes 2 dozen. I ask for specific rolls and quantities. My order is never filled correctly.
This morning, I placed my order and drove up to the first window. I waited...there was a vehicle in front of me receiving her order. After that car left and no one came to the first window, I proceeded forward. A male employee eventually came to the second window only to complain that I didn't wait long enough at the first window. "for future reference, you need to pay at the first window. There are only two of us in here".
My reply at this point is....what future? I won't ever return to this business. This guy lacked manners. No good morning. Only straight to criticism. The bakery at Picknsave is much better. I will never return to...

I often use the app to order ahead, and I order well ahead of time (I don’t care if my stuff isn’t piping hot) to give employees time to make it on the off chance they are slammed (I say off chance because I’m usually there at 5:40ish, I have a long commute). So I’m curious how and why it is so hard to put milk in a coffee and white cheddar on an egg sandwich when that’s what I ordered… I just moved to this area and I think in the past month there’s only been once that my order has been right. Creamer and milk are not the same, so don’t assume it’s fine to do cream instead of milk. White cheddar and American cheese are also not the same. I get mistakes happen but this is constant errors and I feel like it shouldn’t be that hard to make correctly when you can read the order rather than listen to me say it over...
