McDonald's — Restaurant in Waupaca

My husband and I went through the drive through last evening for a quick bite before running errands. When we pulled in there were 3 cars waiting in line to receive their food and had already ordered. No waiting to order, we placed it right away. Pulled up to first window to pay and that process was efficient. Then we sat. Those same 3 cars ahead of us were still waiting for their food. We sat in the same spot by cashier for 3 or 4 minutes not moving. As the 3 other cars made there way out we pulled up to the 2nd window for our food. No one there. We sat for another 3 or 4 minutes and were beeping our horn to get someone's attention. Eventually 2 young men made their way to the window, one carrying our food bag. My husband made the suggestion that things could move a bit faster at this drive through. Told him how long we were waiting and the employee said "Well that really isn't that long." My husband said well we will not be back. As he rolled up his window the employee yelled "Ok, See you next week...(and something else that we didn't catch)." My husband said "Did he just smart off to me?" I said yes, he sure did. No apology and rude customer service. I was unable to catch the employee's name but there will be a call to management. I can overlook slow service but not rude...

Every time we go to this specific McDonald's our order gets messed up and the workers are incredibly rude and unprofessional. First of all the workers at the drive through were talking so loud and laughing about messing up the guys order infront of us. You could see them just standing and talking while we were waiting for out food. We ordered two large fries and they gave us smalls. Also, the chicken nuggets were disgusting from the look of it, texture, and taste. I've never seen McDonald's mess up chicken nuggets that bad. They were extremely stringy and dry. I got a 10 piece and there was only 6 in there. But again. They were disgusting. When we went in to get our order fixed they were incredibly rude. One worker also said "I mean, I guess you can keep the small fries". Meaning we could keep the small fries as well as the large fries we originally ordered. What else would they do with them? Give them to someone else? They were just very rude and did not even apologize or give us something extra. There was also multiple hairs on my daughters burger. I am very disappointed in this McDonald's. I've never been to...

We had gotten extra food and asked for it to be refunded. The manager came out and asked what it was we wanted and I told her we got an extra meal and platter,we wanted to be reimbursed. She was all rude and accused us of eating it and we hadn't touched our food yet even. My girlfriend and friend said we haven't even ate yet. The manager then said don't be running ur mouthor I'll kick you out. So making a comment about an wrongful accusation will get u a threat to be booted. Well that would've been fine because she then was rude to another customer who had an issue with their order as well. So I'd rather not have seen that happen to her too cause it made me furious and ,quite frankly, disgusted on how bad her customer service and mannerisms were. She used to be a good manager. Don't know what happened, but she was out of her league treating customers like that. And I will be reporting...
