Hardee’s — Restaurant in Wausau

I see now why Hardee's is closing in many locations. At one time I loved Hardee's, great food, quality meal.

After several bad experiences, I tried to give it a shot again, at a location I've never been too. I don't know if I've had a worse experience at any fast food restaurant.

My order was taken by a lady that was way too friendly and was so strange I was at a loss for words. Then I observed who might be making my food and I thought she might be high on meth at the very moment. But, I kept an open mind and took a seat.

When my food came, I unwrapped the burger and that sealed the deal. Besides one of the worst constructions I've ever seen, the burger was already broke into 3 different pieces, 1 that was outside the bun... Oh and I was the only person in the restaurant at the time, so time was not a factor for the employees....

I understand it's hard to get decent people to work now a days, but I'd rather see the place closed than puting out this...

This restaurant is absolutely horrible. I stopped here about every other week after work for breakfast. The food was never fresh and barely warm, but i just took it home and would heat it up. For my last 6 orders, i just noticed i was not receiving my reward points. I paid with credit, through the app. After contacting customer support, i was jerked around for 3 weeks then referring me back to Wausau's location. They want me to provide a paper receipt from every visit? Are you kidding me! The order history through the app and a credit card charge isn't good enough along with an order/transaction number for ever order isn't enough? So, in total, i am being scammed out of points for close to $150! Hardee's just lost my business. I will go to McDonald's and get hot food and not cheated from...

3rd shift employees are terrible. The other night I and my buddy went out to go eat, and we made our order which was a 5 piece chicken tender, side salad, and a BBQ Crispy chicken combo with an LG DR.Pepper. We grab our food and didn't think that they would be messed up our order because it was very simple. On our way back home, we notice that all we had was the 5 pieces crispy chicken and a side salad with our drink but no BBQ crispy chicken. We went back and repeated what happen with our order saying they messed up our order. They claim that they "put 2 boxes in our bag," but I did not see them put it in the bag nor did I see it in the bag either. I was very upset and threw my receipt out the car, never coming back to a 1-star restaurant. But more importantly, I did not...
