Very disappointed with both Ashley and Slumberland. I bought an Ashley couch from Slumberland and paid for additional warranty. Six months after having the couch the material started fraying all over. I found my warranty info about 5 months later, contacted Slumberland and they said Ashley needed to take care of it. Spoke to Ashley & they said Slumberland needs to warranty it. Been getting the run around for 6 months now and still noone will take the responsibility for fixing it. This place is a joke! The customer service is non-existent, the people are rude and completely unhelpful after sending damaged products. Waited almost a month to get the furniture in the first place. Once it finally arrives the leg on the sofa is broken, the mattress has two holes cut into it somehow and a bed frame is missing the two side rails making it literally useless because it can't be assembled without those parts.
